Hi, I am Joconde.
I made this Blueberry Cake with Lime Basil Genoise and Blueberry Cream Cheese Condensed Milk Butter Cream.
The cake sheet with lime and basil has wonderful flavor. Realy!
Butter cream made with cream cheese and condensed milk is not greasy nor grit like normal butter cream with icing sugar.
It is not overly sweet and the texture is light and soft.
It paired well with blueberries.
Even those who don't like buttercream cake can enjoy it.
The acrylic plate used for icing this cake was ordered from an online acrylic store.
If you send them an image of the shape you want, they will laser cut it for you.
When requesting a product, you only need to send the design you want as an ‘Ai’ file.
The price was 3,500 Korean won per sheet of acrylic.
If it is difficult to make an Ai file, send only the design you want and pay an additional fee.
They service transfering your image to Ai files.
This kind of custom production allows you to design cakes in more diverse shapes at a low cost,
I think it's a good way to realize various ideas. ^^

Grazie per questo video. Io non ho concluso molto con gli studi proprio per colpa della paura, a volte si trattava di vero e proprio terrore. Studiavo molto ma mi facevo bloccare dell'insicurezza, arrivavo al punto di scegliere le materie non in base ai miei interessi/passioni/predisposizioni, ma in base a quanto c'era da parlare. Prima di scegliere l'università, ho guardato se esistessero ciao di laurea senza esami orali, quando per un progetto a scuola ognuno portava qualcosa di suo ho recitato una mia poesia restando dietro al palco per non farmi vedere (e poi mi dissero che l'effetto voce fuori campo era stato bello). all'Università una volta prima di un esame ho avuto una crisi di panico, mi sentivo collassare e sono scappata via in lacrime, un'altra volta ho passato la mattina a cercare la classe giusta senza riuscire a trovarla, un'altra volta non ho seguito quasi nessuna lezione perché passano ore accanto alla porta con la maniglia in mano e lo zaino in spalla a cercare di farlo coraggio per andare e all'esame di pedagogia sperimentale dissi che i bambini bisogna squartarli, il prof sorrise e disse che era un lapsus molto particolare.
Se fossi stata capace di affrontare la paura invece di farmi travolgere da essa, quanto avrei potuto realizzare! La partita degli esami, delle interrogazioni e, più di tutte, quella di parlare davanti agli altri, mi hanno rovinato la vita l'unica soluzione a cui ho pensato più volte era di ricorrere all'ipnosi, ma ho avuto paura anche di cercare se fosse fattibile anche perché non avrei saputo a chi rivolgermi, come truccare info, e i miei parenti per le questioni importanti mi hanno sempre derisa e scoraggiata.
