Hi, I'm Joconde.
Apples are very tasty these days.
So I made an apple pie for my son who loves apple pie.
Next, I wanted to make a whipped cream cake, so I made an apple cake with apple pie filling.
The results are awesome!
When I put the apple pie filling, This whipped cake turned out wonderful.
And I made a special glaze for this cake.
In a very simple way using apple juice
It became transparent apple juice glaze.
After several tests, I found the perfect recipe.
I am very satisfied with the color and texture, and the taste and scent of apples.
When using this glaze recipe, be sure to leave the source.
As for the decoration, I used mini apples called Alps Otome.
It tastes good and is cute, so it is good for cake decorations.

200g diced apples (hard apples are preferred)
40 g sugar
5g caket flour
2.5g cinnamon powder
22 g butter
13 g of water
♥︎ Genoise (15 x 6cm No. 1)
160 g eggs
85 g sugar
85g cake flour
1 g cinnamon powder
30 g milk
28 g butter
5 g vanilla extract
♥︎ Apple Juice Glaze
200g apple juice (commercially available)
40g sugar
10g corn starch
♥︎ Whipped cream Icing
460g heavy cream
40g sugar
2g vanilla bean paste
♥︎ Syrup
90 g water
30 g sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (Cinnamon can be omitted.)
6 g rum

Mini apples for decoration (Alps otome), apple mint leaves.

ohh this looks so good! I love cakes that are iced with whipped cream because they're not nearly as sweet as caked with thick layers of buttercream and I can reduce the sweetness of the cream even further too. I definitely want to try making this soon
