It's interesting because I have this beautiful song I wrote and I feel like its giving off major Ella's Mai vibe. But my voice is not set up that way. The way she sings with like that mouth closed check vibe. I was trying to do that in my recording and it sounded so forced and dry. Idk I'm working on it. I need some advice, but what I find the most difficult is to choose the style/genre. I like pop music in general but music is communication and interaction. So I need to choose one genre to go, to study in depth and then experiment... I don’t know this could be kinda confusing.
