  • This Burmese snack is make with glutinous flour and rice flour mix with coconut inside. Very popular among Burmese people.
    4:1 ratio
    4 part of glutinous flour: 1 part of rice flour mix with pinch of salt, coconut milk, sugar and water to form dough. Inside, shredded coconut mix with sugar and pinch of salt. Wrap with banana leaves and steam for 20 minutes.
