Here’s what I think.
I think beginning G.T’s continuity has much stronger versions of the characters than the Beginning of Super characters.
I believe G.T continuity has the Z movies, Dead Zone to the Hirudegān movie.
The scaling in the Z movies are stronger than in the Z manga + ZKai.
In the Z anime, Gokou is already stronger than the fake Ultimate Gohan.
In the Z anime, Goku & Prince Vegeta fought fake versions of Gohan, Gotenks and Piccoro Jr inside Boo, and btw, they have the same power as their real counterparts.
Despite the fakes having the same strenght and powers, Goku and Prince Vegeta were able to fight back fairly well, despite the fact that they shouldn’t even be close to most of the fighters level.
They also fought in their base, and they don’t seem to be overwhelmed, only overwhelmed when they are surrounded by the fakes that can’t be destroyed, as Prince Vegeta tried to get Piccoro Jr to kill Gotenks with the MaKaKoSāppo (misspelling).
Sayian Scholar made a good video on End of Z Gokou’s power, I agree with his points until he gets to G.T, so I will take that into an account.
Now for what the power of Super Sayia-Jin God could be, here’s what I think it is.
In the Super anime, after Gokou fought Berrus on King Kai’s planet, he didn’t believe fusion would be enough.
He should know the full extent of Vegerot/Vegetto’s power, being able to go S.S-J.3.
Vegerot/Vegetto’s base is possibly equal to Boo’s, and able to transform on top of it.
The Super Sayia-Jin God could be x420,000,000 Base from my own scaling of the Z manga.

Impossible to tell, We do not know True power of beerus to this day. Only thing we know That MUI goku and Ultra ego vegeta are still not on his level. Problem with beerus is he is Moving goalpost, So two things are possible- He either Trains offscreen, Or his Cat like race has some passive power gains, Like when they sleep they gain power passively.

I don't think Goku is stronger than beerus since beerus has never gone all out to fight Goku or Vegeta. we know that beerus also has ultra instinct but he has never used it against them most likely because he never had to. I think if they were to fight and beerus goes all out he would beat Goku and Vegeta.
Everybody always saying that full power thing, beerus can't be scaled they won't let super Goku surpass him untill their battle.
