I exchanged my Delonghi Dinamica Plus which I had for 1 week for the Prima Donna Soul due to the milk too luke warm. Now the water for the Prima Donna i can set the water to extra hot and its burning my tongue which great hehe. My only problem now is setting the same aroma and taste that i had with my coffee beans with the Plus. Right now i ain’t getting that smooth taste like before. But overall loving the profile settings and the LCD screen…
Heyy! Yeah I love my coffee extra hot too! hahaha Love the LCD screen as well. Are you able to use the Coffee Bean Adapt technology on the app for the aroma? The machine is able to pick the perfect settings for the kind of beans you use :) Glad you're enjoying your machine! I've been away traveling for a month and back now and one of the things I love is having my Delonghi back in my life again haha! Quite dramatic I know

@@JamieInTransit yes its a love relationship with the machine isn’t it? Its one of the first thing i think of in the morning and after work to come home to besides my wife that makes me smile and 3 kids of course haha. Yes i have used the app now and the beans have adjusted to its quality taste once it settles in for every new bean put in. The only thing I have issues here and there is connecting the app to the machine. The milk frothier from time to time fails with the insert but I am patient with it.
Overall, great review from your end and it helped me purchase this machine. I am also getting 12 packs of 500g from delonghi due to an early father’s day promotion here in Australia when purchasing the Prima Donna machine..

How is the espresso? I love espressi but I'm fed up with grinding, distributing, tamping etc.
It's really good! Sans the fuss of grinding, tamping - as easy as choosing your choice of drink, e.g. espresso, and voila - it's right there - plus it's good!

I watched utube for weeks and this machine was never brought up. I ended up buying breville touch and it is too intense to dial in. I wish I had bought this instead.

Im in a dilemma between this and dinamica plus for a present for my brother. Which one is the better choice do you think? Is there something that primadonna soul does better than dinamica plus? (i dont care about the more coffee recipes).
Hey! The PrimaDonna Soul's advantage is its Bean Adapt Technology where it customizes the settings/machine auto calibrates the grinder based on what kind of coffee beans you're using... so you really get to make the most of your coffee beans. Hope this helps!

Hi Jamie , I bought this machine for mother's day, very disappointing with delonghi coffee link application, I've been trying to connect the machine with the application but never working, how did you connect it with your application on or mobile phone, I downloaded the application , log on on delonghi etc ,and still not working, how did you get it done??? Many thanks
Hi Arthur! Did you reach out to the Delonghi team? May I know what phone you're using? I'm using an iphone and I didn't struggle to download and connect the app. You also need good wifi to be able to complete the process. Do send me the details and I can help forward your concern to the team so they can help you. :)
@@JamieInTransit thanks for your reply, today I took back the machine to bing Lee to try to connect with application but the technician didn't connect either, I did leave the machine there .hopefully the problem will be fixed , we have a 5g internet and we try the application with samsung mobile phone and Apple , thanks once again and have a great weekend.
