I would love to see Hask and his Prestige Worldwide presentation to World Rugby, he can finish with Nessun Dorma.

Orange Man Bad. It's only fascism if I say it is. 'Holocaust' can only be used in one instance. Dreadful stuff.

My 8th Army Veteran Grandfather told me with the most haunted look on he’s face
That he didn’t know why he bothered fighting away for 6yrs when looking at the country and that was in the 90s before he sadly passed away before he’s time

I’ve become a bit disillusioned with that.
Roberts made reference to the Suez Crisis, but it wasn’t that Eden was wrong to take action over Suez without American support. It was the failure of the US to provide political support in the face of soviet sabre rattling that turned a justifiable military intervention into a foreign policy failure.

Amusing to hear Christians object to genocide, given their weak objections at the time. As for genocide, it need involve no killing.

Maybe we can recognize that there are great thinkers on both sides of the political spectrum? - or shall we just pretend that those who disagree with us are intellectually deficient? - that way we don't have to engage with their ideas. Sounds remarkably fascistic. No?

And to paraphrase Col Macgregor about another historian (military) who’s pro western involvement
I suggest the gentleman get he’s fatigues on and go himself- put himself under the artillery fire of the Russians
