Bravo young men, I started my business about 10 years ago. It started as a hobby in my kitchen and living room, spread to other parts of the house and now almost my entire basement is geared toward it. I do many different things, dyeing on silk, tie dye, making ribbon shoelaces, to silk screening shirts and sublimation. I have different zones, one is a photo studio, work desk, dyeing station, blank storage and finished product. I was able to quit my day job and do this full time, not bad for this old gal...I will be 58 in a few weeks.
Almost everything I have learned was self taught, via CZcams or trial and error. Keep up the drive!

Love this! Great setup and amazing organization!! What kind of transfers do you use for the heat pressed shirts? Are they plastisol?
@@yalethialee3596 it is an ink used for screen printing but you can also get plastisol transfers which are screen printed onto paper and then they're heat pressed onto the shirt. But I couldn't tell if he was using plastisol transfers or possibly heat transfer vinyl. Either way, they've got a really cool, seemingly very efficient process going on there!

You have much to learn when it comes to legally holding a copyright, TM, or PT if the image in question is in fact legally taken then you are right and you hold a case but if not and what i mean by if not if the product in question is sold and TM or Copyright as a watch company then its its okay to market as apparel unless specifically outlined in the mark or copyright in question. To include color length specific shaping etc... With that I take it that you assumed it was legally taken but because when you think or see the crown you see Rolex watch company and assume they sell apparel but again I don't blame you just before you assume do your research. Not everyone is going to just put stuff up and expose themselves to problems but thank for your concerns and have a blessed day!

Sublimination doesn't work on 100% cotton, but you mark on your labels 100% cotton. How is this?
I think they spay polyester stuff on it. Not sure what its called but good Polyester spray

They're using HTV = Hot Transfer vinyl.
I highly doubt it's HTV or vinyl. especially on the labels. that would consist of weeding 25 hours a day. My guess is they either ordered plastisol prints or flex soft/laser dark heat transfer paper. Flex soft HTP would be the cheapest, quickest and easiest. Although, they might just get their labels printed on their plastisol prints with the rest of their designs and logos. -Misplaced Morals Clothing Company

I think in photos hop or illustrator and then used a vynil machine to like print it out but I can be incorrect
Just design it in Photoshop. Make sure you have the material of the shirt and what country it was made (Those are the only 2 requirements by law) and anything else you choose. Such as how to wash and dry, your company, and the size obviously. I add a slogan or our short tagline. Then print it whether you use vinyl, Transfer paper, sublimation, plastisol, ect.. You can also order them from places like clothinglabels4u.com which will also make woven tags you can stitch in if you choose not to go the tagless route. They get their tee shirt blanks from Gildan.

you can go to websites that carry multiple manufacturers and get them just as cheap like jiffyshirts.com, shirtspace.com, or I get mine from blankstyle.com. this way you can order hoodies, hats, and even different brands if you like one more than the other for certain clothing. I've worked in warehouses that was less organized than your garage. The set up is systematic and you dudes are awesome for that. it's the labor, ingenuity, background costs, service, and shipping you pay for. You literally watched them put the whole shirt together from a clean slate, then called it a gildan shirt.
