This step by step tutorial is for anyone thinking about starting a clothing brand in 2020 moving into 2021 - with a focus on saving money and launching quickly (while still being legit). Starting your own clothing line is becoming very popular as e-commerce becomes more dominant. I want to provide you with information about starting your own clothing line that I WISH I had when I was first getting started. This info can be applied to fashion brands, fashion lines, clothing brands, clothing lines, streetwear brands, streetwear lines, t shirt brands, t shirt businesses, print on demand (POD), dropshipping and beyond!
I wanted to make a video sharing how I recommend getting started building a legit clothing brand in 2020 moving forward. This is by no means the ONLY way - but it's what I've found is the best process for me. Im just starting a clothing brand and was going to do print on demand because its much less stress but you convinced me to keep my own inventory! I feel as it makes it more fun because you are the one doing it! Thanks for the advice! I’m planning to start my tie dye clothing line here in my country. My only problem is designs, coz there are few designs that men will prefer and the starting capital needed to launch my clothing line.
Just a slight correction because im doing print on demand but I actually bought the machines to screen and vinyl and sublimate myself. You don’t have to ho through a company to do print on demand you also have the ability to purchase the machines and go about it that way which in the long run will cost you way less in the long run but definitely more upfront .

Do on demand with a store near you. Just so you dont have to waste in inventory. Get the order go to your local printers then you send shirt. Just my thoughts tell me if thats ok? MUCH LOVE

i do a little bit of POD and Make my own i just cant figure it out the clothing name brand but for now i am slowly thinking for clothing brand....
10 shirts for $50, so $5 for each for a completely printed shirt out of the print shop ready to go. Are there really print shops out there who print at that price? Im just curious so I know whats out there.

This video is great, plus all the other content you provide. In shop, I make custom wallets, belts and small leather goods, but on the clothing side I do not have the time to actually make anything. So, I am very curious about your work and story, because the whole fashion side of the business tends to be very crazy making, complicated and difficult. What I am looking at is a quick way to offer my customers similar designs that they already like on their wallets that deal with sports. Thanks

I live in Guelph and I am just switching over from P.O.D. to doing it from home myself. I use shopify but It's costly and I would like to change to another platform. Great advice I hear on line . You get lot of important points what gake webinars will not tell you . I work for fashion house as your gal and always wanted have bussiness of similar kind but I dont know anything about designing drawing graphic or sewing but o er years I learn a lot also have background in finance but still this on line advertising this days give new challenges. ... this days its come webs and advertisers ,manufacturers and services for each person measures.... if you can survive on e bay or gave profitable brand on Amazon for years you will make too in others fields as long have good advice .....and learning is begining of process....but I belive fashion is still matter if a fashion and designers house .....rest is a " Nish ". Funny that ppl use sudo economic languages for fashion ....nobody dont think to brand themself as "nish t shirts " they make it sound this days like is hipster thing. Still etymology of word rather go to times when ghot clothes was a nish or bdsm was a nish (no defamation of your brand was intended just ry make a point). But I agree with you saying EVERYBODY FIND SOME RESOLUTION FOR THEM OWN SHORTFALLS BUT ITS COME WITH A PRICE TAG. add to my Favouried and Follow.

3rd option with digital printing, you can print on demand yourself. And only make the products after they are ordered.

You can create mock-ups using yellow images or shutter stock. Or take your own photos and place the logos using photoshop
