Psychology is amazing. The Drake hoodie was cool, but his name and the chrome hearts name have enough power to charge a lot of money. It makes it feel intimidating and high quality, cuz if u buy it, it’s like “oh this better be good!” It’s easy to expect higher quality with higher price. Not always true tho. Humans put different monetary values on stuff, but clothing, fashion, and art are priceless

I have a question, you mentioned selling your clothes on print on demand sites, but should you be doing that if you are truly a luxury brand? Shouldn't the print on demand be for the random designs that you just do with different themes different than an actual clothing brand line? Let me know thanks

These puff vinyl prints hold up incredibly well! We don't see them fading anytime soon.

obviously blanks is a good start but imo guys find a manufacturer more expensive sure but how the hoodie fits will just be the same if 1000 of u make different logos but get this blank it looks like the same hoodie just different designs explore how different hoodies fit the human body and create ur perfect fit

the fit isnt the same, the stitching isnt the same, just cause its a throwover doesnt mean much

Just a heads up everybody, print on demand requires you to connect your debit card to fulfill orders as soon as they’re purchased. They pull the funds from your personal account and then the funds given to you by the actual customers are released into your account about a week later. So sorry but this video (and all of these “start a clothing line for free today!” videos you see all the time) is vastly misleading. Great vid though 💯
Not entirely true, sites like redbubble, spreadshirt teepublic & printify don't pull any funds at all from your account. I'm not sure what kinda of shifty platform your working with but that's not how it should work.
not sure what dodgy scam print on demand service you are using but real ones don't take any money from you at all, they don't need to take your money because they are taking the buyers money and giving you a tiny cut for the design while they take all the profit for doing the actual printing and shipping

My experience with Direct to Print is a very low profit margin due to the printer taking care of so much. Is there a good direct to print vendor you recommend? Or is hosting your own inventory still the way to go?
Hosting your own inventory is the way to go if you have the liquid cash to support the initial overhead.

Excuse me I am a little confused with “start with 0 dollars” on print on demand. Why? Because if the customers make a purchase and then I have to pay the supplier but I don’t have any money because it takes a couple of days or weeks for the client money to hit my bank account… how that part is handled???
You take the customers order and only once they have paid do you take it to a print on demand service, you don't need to pay upfront to the majority of POD

my opinion: we are in (almoust) 2023 and people now dont want to buy prefabricated stuff that all brand can sell, they want a hoodie drawn and produced from the model paper and this is the only way to make something really unique and different.. whats the different if an other brand sell my same prefabricated hoodie design ? its obviously impossible starting a brand with 25$, i really like the edit of this video but the contents its like the other million videos on youtube (how to start a clothing brand with no money)
