      yeah i feel sorry for that ballkid they probably thought the point was gonna be over so they could pass it to the other kid. As a ballkid you're often advised not to pass balls like that but mistakes happen

    Zverev was right, and it even could have been dangerous for Roger to keep playing.
    I understand that in the heat of the match Roger didn't agree, but after the game booing Sacha for this was utterly stupid and lame.

Would you not do the same thing if it looks like there's a chance that your opponent will run into the ball boy or step on the ball? I certainly would call it.

      He shouldn't have stopped it... Watch the video clearly..ball boy dropped the ball at the point when zverev hit his backhand... Not sure how this could affect his game.. Zverev should have actually called it when Roger started to hit his backhand or after completing his backhand but he was too late.. See the replay clearly(5:07 with 0.25x speed) ... Roger had the upper hand in rally and zverev knew it.. That's why he apologised I guess for stopping midway

He was focused and didn't notice the drop of a small ball in the dark (and he also didn't have to since it's not his job). As soon as the kid came running he stopped. Not only because he was distracted but also because this could've endangered Fed and the kid.

    dont i wish the lady host from the Z and Roger match was the one who interviewed elina after the Vika booing, maybe she would have put the crowd in their position and gave them a clearer picture of why VIka didnt shake her hand after the match.

      The only earthquake he's having, is with his girlfriend, when he beats her black and blue, you can hear the ground shake, because it feels like he's angry losing tennis points.

    i cant understand why these professionals cant play with the slightest distraction. like come on, a slight movement 200m away from you wont affect your concentration or anything like that right? i get it when its a ball entering the court mid-play, but why would someone far up in the stands would distract you?
