You can really feel the trauma from the lunar island kicking in with the penguins spawning randomly, that added to the normal penguins always spooking you. Also bees follow wormwood at any stage above 0 of blooming, its not your mod causing issues, so if you want them to produce, place them further away
unsure if this is still an issue for you, but you can abuse bee pathfinding with walls, if you leave a single space opening the bees will opt to fly toward that rather than over the walls to get to you
It's spooky season, and that means hallowed nights is just coming up. I always thought the mad science lab was OP because you can craft living tree saplings, which only require living logs, batilisk wings and sanity, so if you have rabbit hutches set up next to a sinkhole you can get infinite living logs for free. If you stay as Wormwood for the rest of the series and set up a mad science lab that is going to be absolutely busted, you will have as many bramble traps and bramble husks as you want
I think the best choice for the series would be two years per character, I look forwards to seeing that :) Maybe seeing some more optional bosses would be a good addition in later years, since Woodie and Wolfgang both have great combat features
One thing about the ipecaca serum, while it is pretty useful, you could also just turn a pig into a werepig and drop a stack of food on the ground. They will prioritize the food and produce one manure per unit of food, as long as that food is petals, fruits or vegetables! Also, nice vid! I agree about having 2 in-game years per character.
do flowers regrow faster than i think they do? i'm always so precious with my petals because i hate having to plant more flowers myself. personally, i like using light bulbs for werepigs, because i live surprisingly close to the ruins and they're in no short supply
@puncrafter349 true, using lightbulbs is smarter tbh, I just always get, like a stack of petals at the beginning of the game to top my sanity, and to get rot/manure. They don't really regrow fast at all, so I do leave some for butterflys and only really grab flowers far away from home
The penguls have enough hunger to survive 12 days, when they start starving they become aggressive as you said. The starving deals just enough damage for them to die at the end of winter and that’s why they despawn. You can feed them and keep them alive forever which i find funny. Also two years per character sounds great!
i love your videos sm !! don't starve is one of my favourite games but i can't really play it because i'm too slow at crafting & my eyesight is bad & i can hardly read the words. but your videos still allow me to enjoy the game & i love how you're just playing it in a way that makes you have fun. this feels really authentic. excited for your future videos !!
I'm glad to see someone else who prefers the oceans to the caves! As someone who started playing after most of the ocean content was added (started playing at the WX rework), the oceans were as new to me as the caves, so I feel like I integrate them into my progression more than folks who choose to rush the ruins. I find the oceans a lot easier to manage as well, since I can bring an entire miniature base with me and the rewards of ocean content are more survival-focused than ruins loot, which fits more with my playstyle of enjoying the survival aspects of the game. The ocean is criminally underrated!
Been loving the series for a while, something nice to lay back and listen to. P.S.: glass cutters lose only half of their durability when fighting shadow type mobs (effectively double durability.)
brother youre playing WORMWOOD,,, i am a wormwood main myself and let me tell you, tentacle spikes?? nah man... Youre a 24/7 dark sword factory, you oughta have one on you 24/7 by now! Its one of my favorite things about him! I love that little guy.
One tip for saving wood: instead of using it for fuel, use beefalo wool. Each wool gives the same fuel as wood but its way faster to get. With that herd of beefalo you found you could get about 30 wool, wich are worth around 35 minutes of fuel, more than you will ever need
All you need to bait deerclops is a single sign as it will immediately go to destroy the nearest structure as soon as it spawns so having a sign as the only structure in the area will make deerclops always go for the sign.
I’ve really slept on the sleeping mechanics in dst. Was playing a public server and decided to try wormwood out, the siesta lean to is seriously overpowered for healing
I'd love to see you try a 4-shard save with Island Adventures. You can go between the worlds with the Seaworthy like the original DS, and it's a lot of fun.
I just killed the celestial champion for the first time ever like literally 4 hours ago on my worm wood playthrough for the sole reason to unlock the bulbaslight bug. It was alot of fun it took me 246 days ive literally never gotten past my first summer before this so im pretty happy.
hey if you dont want to kill the celestial champion to have acsses (idk how to write it) the new content, you can just enable the rifts any time you want
I think that is out to vanilla game at this point. Beta has the new interactions between the lunar post game content with hounds and a couple of bosses.
i know im saying with the beta because having extra challenge with seasonal bosses would add even more challenge besides just ahhh scary brightshade on my farm@@ledgeexe1935

Oh that's funky, I didn't know that. Thanks :)

YES I AGREE SO MUCH, PLEASE BIDDO MAKE THIS IDEA REAL
All this Biddo content has been a god send. Can’t wait to see where this series goes, keep up the amazing work.
HUZZA new upload
Huzza means what ?
It means like hooray
Wormwood can pick seaweeds without a razor. He just needs to have an empty hand to not attack it. A very good early game food for wormwoods imo.

I like the new style of content, where you don't follow a script. It makes you sound funnier and we get tons of content!
My nervous rambling, dumb mannerisms and voice cracks? Heck yeah :)

Ngl chief for some reason I always forget dark swords exist :v. Thanks for reminding me though :) I'll be making them en masse next vid!
I always just keep 40 nightmare fuel on me and craft a new one whenever my current one breaks, its super useful!@@BiddoBamss

I am really enjoying your game play. I am glad you are enjoying it too! 2 years per character, so long as you are good with it, sounds good.
Seems that most people are down for this!

I always forget its an amazing way to heal health and sanity! :)
The bees follow you when wormwood is blooming
I always thought it was the flowers that cause them to follow him, but it turns out its when hes during any phase of blooming!
Maybe instead of swapping characters maybe a different wormwood skin? Hes got some cool ones would love to see the mushroom skin sometime :D
Good idea :)
i think you can just use a wardrobe
nitre has always been renewable. Thanks to moleworms, till weeds and petrified trees
Dude I've been loving this series I'm so excited to see where it goes. Keep up the great work! :D
Love the Idea of starting a new world off and we get to see you survive through the seasons and evolve, keep It up!
Thank you :)
So...a playthrough video?
I'd love to see you try a 4-shard save with Island Adventures.
You can go between the worlds with the Seaworthy like the original DS, and it's a lot of fun.
I'd love to try something like that!
btw if you ever need poop and have too many seeds, cause that might happen with wormwood, you can feed seeds to birds to get poop
If ur gonna change the character maybe go webber, u got a lot of spider dens nearby
Haven’t been able to play with my friends recently but this series inspired me to go do a proper solo play through
Good to hear! Let us know how it goes :)
I just killed the celestial champion for the first time ever like literally 4 hours ago on my worm wood playthrough for the sole reason to unlock the bulbaslight bug. It was alot of fun it took me 246 days ive literally never gotten past my first summer before this so im pretty happy.

@@BiddoBamss good luck 👍
Finally! I really missed your content
I missed all of you guys too :)
hey if you dont want to kill the celestial champion to have acsses (idk how to write it) the new content, you can just enable the rifts any time you want
Will do that for sure in an upcomming series :)
Potato only you say…. I wonder if there is any mod that lets you use potatoes as slingshot ammo for the slingshot character.
...Now that's an idea.
Shiver me timbers
Timbers = shivered
with the new beta you should try having rifts on at the start of the world
I think that is out to vanilla game at this point.
Beta has the new interactions between the lunar post game content with hounds and a couple of bosses.
I might! I really wanna try the new content out
i know im saying with the beta because having extra challenge with seasonal bosses would add even more challenge besides just ahhh scary brightshade on my farm@@ledgeexe1935
BIDDOBAMS
LEPROG
New upload! Let’s go.
Woo!
video good :)

Look at the other thumbnails ;)

This isn’t what I was going to say but: I highly recommend the snow tiller disabler mod it’s great and makes the snow disappear
Maybe every 2-3 years you change character?
