It’s interesting to note that unlike the last several meta decks; Purrely got ZERO HITS
they gotta compete with kash so it's full power

Maybe because they think Kaiju is easy answer for Purrely. And many player may bring more Kaiju in their deck

The power creep is insane. It took a deck like cyber dark 3+ rounds of support to get a boss monster (that takes like 10 cards and no disruptions to summon) that is unaffected by cards. Meanwhile cat deck go brrr and get a 7k unaffected boss monster with unlimited draws after only like 3 cards
don't like it a bit to be honest, making a cute cat archetype that can make a huuge unaffected boss monster easily and consistently on turn one makes me sick, It kind of makes me dislike the game in general, I mean is this a archetype for little girls? cute anime girls I get that are very popular amongst a lot of fans but cute cats dreaming about stuff? thats the source of a towers boss monster lol
Yeah the game is focusing on recruiting more and more kids to it. Cool scary looking monsters are no longer created here

@@falconvergil The Purrely archetype is a legally distinct Eevee and Eeveelution archetype. They're pokemon, which has had a huge resurgence since Pokemon Go. Eevee in particular shot up in popularity over the general nerd-dom. So popular that Yu-Gi-Oh is trying to dip into that popularity.

this deck is too good, i've been experimenting and i've modified it by adding level 2 black wings as there's a couple black wing level 2 that special summons without normal summoning. it kinda consistent which i wasn't expecting
After tearlaments and rhongo, nothing can shock me anymore.

3000 atk unaffected that says "Your opponent cannot summon." should've never been made to begin with.
And before you go "b-but XYZ Encore stops it", "just draw the out" is not, has never been, and will never be a valid argument.
@@user-cp2mt6bp8n FTK enablers need to get banned, period. Some players are too good and will find a way to abuse them with new cards. Just look at virus , old ass card but eventually decks are released that can abuse such cards.

Its guna get worst after rescue ace not because of the decks themselves but because u need very diffrent cards to deal with those decks specifically so in a best of 1 get ready to be drawing dead cards into specific decks

I am having so much fun with Mikanko blind second (+ a little dogmatika engine for consistency or bait for handtraps/negates). Really recommend (also it destroys Purrely in any way).

Mikanko is a blast. Almost at M1 with it. Many meta decks have very little out for Kaiju and Waifu swing

Dkayed was talking about how the company will start pairing bots against bots instead of banning them. I’ve been playing a really funny (for me) chain burn deck and the algorithm has definitely decided I’m a bot because I was not getting matchups like this when I was running Kash
whats the choke point of this purrely? also that expurrely noir is so annoying to deal with, i thought the detach was once per turn..
nothing. literally no choke points. you have to have Kaiju on your hand. it can special summon from all quick play spell cards. it doesn't need its normal summon and every quick play spells have an insane extra effects as XYZ materials.
you can't stop the XYZ monsters from appearing without Dimensional Barrier. if you don't OTK/FTK it, you are in for a beating. just draw the out moment.

@@KenEvangelista i saw in dkayed's meta weekly that ashing my friend purrely is pretty impactful, you can also chain block the xyz from attaching materials.. but yeah, u need cards like kaiju/lava golem to out the unaffected 6+ materials expurrely noir..

Recently, the editing jump cuts on Dkayed's videos have been a bit aggressive for my taste. Feels unnatural how infrequent pauses are

kaiju will be a must, also people need to learn how to response, if you response after their activation of spell but before their XYZ, you broke their chain

Remember Noir only get tower like it have 5 material and 2nd you must ensure 1 of the material not purrely not purrelyly. If purrelyly will not get the quick effect ability. The counter them depend on your deck try to bait force activate the effect until material less then 5. Ferret flame can out Noir but it limited to dinomorphia deck only. The best deck counter to Purrely currently is labrynth but require a very good labrynth player to counter purrely.

Well as a turn 1 board, yes unless they have a mat 4 xyz and the leap trap card then you get the tower anyways. Prevent noir and hope their backrow isn't more quickplay spells if they have another xyz purrley already.
you can use ghost reaper & winter cherries and run a copy of noir

@@glynnmartygI feel MD will be the first format where DB gets banned. This card has 2 counters, Red Reboot and Crossout into your own, so pretty much no counters.
I run it in Lab. People cry about floodgates, but pretend shit like this is fine Lmao
Lmao Dbarrier has ton of counters. Literally any monster with a backrow negate capability. Solemn Judgement is another one.
It’s also slow as a trap.

Played against this yesterdwy, complete luck that i won, had the right cards to do the Gaia combo and negated all monsters as well as attacked my o2n monsters that they stole. This deck scares me, i dont wanna face it again

Best target for lava golem or kaiju. To reliant to 1-2 monster. You take out their boss monster, mostly they will have a hard time to recover
Hard time recovering? If you don’t OTK them then kaiju their monster gives them 3+ plus cards for next turn on top of the sleepy giving them 2-4 cards they are +6 or +7 for next turn
If you don't win THAT turn that you kaiju the Noir, then Purrely can easily recover because of the field spell and/or continuous spell.

Hou can keep spinning as long as you have material, 8 materials and you spin 4 cards back in the same chain even. It's worse than Zeus's because it's super easy to make
There are outs people, book of moon simply punish both kash and purrely if they are greedy on the draw 6

Book of moon and eclipse are the tcg outs so yeah that’s the options
Did people complain this much about Marincess or @Ignister? Though I guess not everyone without innately searchable Kaijus, gigantic beatsticks or easy climbs to Underworld Goddess is willing to run stuff like Small World or Waterfront. Unfortunate for them I guess.
The issue this towers isn't just sitting there it can interupt at least once while still having enough mats to stay unaffected and they are drawing usually 4/6 cards which will usually be more handtraps even if u have goddess u might not even get to it
Come on. It can disrupt with 7 materials, and it gets you your quick play spells back if you kaiju them... It's more than a tower buddy.

I spent over 1000 UR and SR mats for this deck if the banned or limit this deck I'll stop playing Master duel. Ever card deck I play get limited or completely made un playable
Physically impossible, 1000 materials are technically 33 cards, and Purrely is quite cheap overall, so you couldn't have spent UR and SR materials for a total of 66 cards unless you aren't playing ANY of the memories or even Purrely itself

Kaijus, DBarrier, chaining literally anything in response to the quick-plays (even random maxx C, because they need to directly chain the attach effect to the quick-play in order to add it as material)
Also, Noir is only unaffected while it has 5+ materials, so as soon as it goes to 4 or less you can do anything to it.

Because if Konami makes a balanced deck, people who like the art or play style will buy it. If they make a broken deck, everyone who wants to continue playing YuGiOh has to buy that deck or a hard counter for it. Why sell a deck to 5-10% of your audience when you can force everyone to buy a new deck at the cost of a portion of the player base? They'll still make more money, and by the time they've run out of whales, they'll be out of original art and style ideas anyways.
Power creep is unfortunately a requirement for Konami to incentive players to buy content. Nobody is going to heavily invest in a “meh” deck.

Don't think ur doing anything particularly wrong, i've underworld goddessed that boss tower twice but both times the purrely drew maxx c from the tower meaning a second one got slapped down and I lost anyways

Then you get the 4 draws. The protection from the spells to recur. And the access to moir.
Other than that it feel brittle. Kinda like sky striker with just a much better boss monster.
Honestly I still need to learn other lines better too because I’m not seeing everything clearly.
Like I don’t fully understand the OTK line with beauty yet.
Or how to maximize plumbs banish and attach or even Flavian’s best usage. Lot to learn

A no banlist format would just be Tear Zero.
There's already been several no banlist tournaments around, and they all end with Tear Zero tops that _don't even run Pot of Greed_ because Ishizu Tear is just _that_ broken at full power.
Yata Lock, Dragon Rulers, Spellbook, Nekroz, PePe, SPYRAL, Zoodiac, Spright, Kashtira; none of them could even stand up to Ishizu Tear.
Turns out being able to do your full combo on the opponent's first turn when they went first as they activate their first monster effect is the most broken thing to ever exist, who could've guessed?

Well this deck is flatout too much. It does everything you hope to do to gain momentum on your turn. Then it starts it's turn. Like Labrynth was one thing because it simply allowed you to have more gas per turn than slower decks, but this is crazy. My opinion will change when I have my own purrely deck,

There's not really a good place to ash tbh the deck is super resilient to low impact handtraps

Turn 2 = “run a Kaiju or book of moon”
Turn 1 = floodgate/negate the fuck out of them.

@@monkeydluffy_my friend purely is your best bet but that may not always work. Kaijus, sphere mode, lava golem, floodgates are good options. Droll and lockbird if resolved shuts down a purrely turn pretty quick.
pretty balanced i must say considering this month's format where going 2nd cards/decks got boosted.
nibiru, lava golem and kaijus are seeing more plays.
dogmatika, mikanko, galaxy eyes, 8-axis and numeron blind 2nd is everywhere ranging from D3 - M3, it feels like im back to being silver/gold with all these otk decks loitering in this rank range.
