I forgot to mention that for R U R’ U2 R U’ R’ , you should do push U and not pinch U, same applies for the mirror and similar cases. Always make your F2L fingertricks as ergonomic and as fast as possible.
Thx for the tip, i have a like sorta bad habit ig where i don’t do push U because I’m just really good at doing pinch U (I’m not bat at push U at all tho), since I came back to cubing a few months ago I’ve recogniced this “bad” habit and have been constantly on the lookout for when it matters to do pinch or push U and when it doesn’t matter, and this made it slightly easier ig:)
