What an amazing and beautiful video. Such stunning scenery. I especially love the background music on this video.
Rode my faithful horse bareback many times over Saddlerock back in the day when there was only a game trail. It was the best feeling! Thx for taking us along. Now live in Az
Awesome, ya that trail is perfect for that. Unexpected seeing that trail on the backside
Very nice video! Great footage and editing! Thank you!
Cheers friend
Stunning!
Thankyou
I've lived in Wenatchee my entire life. 43 years. I've been obsessed with Saddlerock hat long. I've never been able to make it all the way up, due to herniated discs. I can personally attest, that last area when you rounded the front, is high octane mountain climbing, by Wenatchee standards. If you're not from here, that was a really gutsy move. The filming in this is the most crystal clear, perfect recording I've ever seen of our gorgeous mountain. Thank you for this. I'm subscribing now. I'll be sharing this video, and looking for more!
Hey fellow wenatcheean

@@lindakay9552 hey
thanks friend, sorry about the herniated disc thats rough
@@IdRatherBeHiking This is Freeland's limo.
Justin also gave China the Ebola virus. I copied that Chinese lady name and found it in other docs where the scientific community was absolutely dumbfounded that China not only got the Ebola virus, but got it from a 5 Eyes country. Why did it take so long for Jusitn to say no to China's 5G via Huawei? This when the US is banning DJI drones?
China has openly stated that they will use chemical weapons as they have lost every "simulation" of war with the west. Not just that, but a lot of those PCR test were sent back to China 😲.
China made the covid knowing that they have a demographic nightmare in the next few years due to China's one child policy. (Demographic Collapse - China's Reckoning (Part 1). This is one in a series of vids that clearly points out if China does not take over the globe in about 10 years, they never will. .
So do the math. China is working with gain of function Ebola virus with round eye (whitie's) DNA while admitting they will use Chemical weapons on the verge of a WWlll because Stoltenberg just stated that Ukraine will be NATO that will 100% see Russia using tactical nukes to strike at the Rada in Kiev etc.
Heres the kicker however (and a good story as it needs to be told).
The UN is building their "Big Data Center" in China. This is when Klause brags the future will be data driven. Take all of the Ukrainian farmland that even the n@tzis would take train loads back to Germany, control the money with CBDC's and get rid of the eaters with race specific Ebola and Epicyte.

That spot that has fear to your life when you were going through down the front… It has fear to my life every time to that spot hasn’t changed for over 40 years… I actually enjoyed your video very much great job… It’s an amazing rock in our valley and has a very rich Indian history if you research it at all I used to be called Squaw rock
The front side trail was washed out and quite scary!
Very cool area!! Noodle legs, good description.
I was trying to crest that last lump up there but noodle legs tell me when its enough.
Awesome rock formations with great views. Awesome drone footage.
This is an incredible environment. You are a great hiker and climber, David. Awesome filming. Thanks for this adventure.
I’ve lived in Wenatchee all my life and this saddle is a very very big part of our backyard we have an amazing backyard up here in Wenatcheewashington. but hiking the saddle is just amazing views up and down the river and as a kid we actually four-wheel-drive Up on the Saddle … There is also a cemetery from 1892 right below the saddle I called Myers cemetery
Yeah the saddle is a big part of my childhood I havent been in a while
Good luck sir
Ive never really realized saddle rock was such a tourist trap.before
Beautiful views!
You know, my best friend lost his life after jumping off a boat to recover a bandena that flew in the wind. He was my hiking companion and a brother. Not worth it, stay safe!
dang man that's rough, the moment it flew off I had an initial instinct to jump for it but didn't. I'm enjoying my new hat I found at REI. Sorry about your friend.
@@IdRatherBeHiking Thanks man, glad to hear you didn’t jump after it.. there’s always more at the store. I just got a Sun hat from Fjallraven, it has a chin adjustable string for when it’s windy. Love it so far , hiking in the sun with it and it’s very comfortable. Abisko sunhat..
Pretty sick journey
As always thank you for the adventure and may be blessed and safe on your journey..be well.
Cool hike! Sorry about your hat but at least you're in one piece 🙂
Ive hiked saddle rock many times when i was a kid i would always beat my family to the top we'd always have lunch at the top its flat and the view is great I want to.hike there again
its a really cool place
@@IdRatherBeHiking yeah
That's absolutely amazing! A fun and exciting hiking tour experience. Lots of variety in this video, beautiful locations.
Im from.wenatvhee born and raised and yeah the weather is pretty weird
Cheers David, really excellent video. The cinematography and music just keep getting better every time! My family is following along from Comox with every new one.
Idea - have you considered also making shorts of the best moments from each of your hiking videos? The drone shots of the peak with the town and river in the background were especially mind-boggling in this one! A 30-90 second kind of thing. Might help you reach more people, I know a few CZcamsrs who have had their shorts become more popular than their videos and boosted their channel. All the best!
I should try that out, I do post those but on tiktok. I should try some youtube shorts though
Volcanic magma...hahaa
Rinse and repeat
Welcome to Wenatchee whether we can have spring summer and fall all in the same day
Have to admit I was nervous for you on the decline! Another great adventure, good on ya! Sorry about the hat.
Random Q - do you carry bear spray, air horn or such in case you come across a critter that's not too friendly?
I do it is attached in a water bottle holder on the left side of my bag, I took it off for this hike as there aren't any bears and tons of locals running up there.
I've noticed the Canada flag on your pack..I make a habit to never advertise where I'm from when abroad..too many nut cases out there.
Just some friendly 2 cents.
Nice jaunt by the way..
Time for a new lid..with a chin strap.
I put that canada flag on there to maybe stir up some conversation and it has worked. i sewed it on as a velcro patch so if I want I can just putt off the patch
@@IdRatherBeHiking I have a binder full of flag patches for every country I visit..
Blend in like one of them local yokels😀
@@batwithglasses haha nice, I don't blend in even where I live so I take the opposite approach.
