If you want to compare consoles, PS does win. You can literally buy rechargeable battery packs for Xbox controllers. They even have docks to charge these battery packs. What happens when that battery dies? However, PC is cheaper in the long term. No online subscription, cheaper games, actual free games, etc. If you factor in online cost on console, that $400-$500 console ends up being closer to $900-$1000. You could build a better PC for that price at MSRP. Contrary to what people like you say, a PC doesn't need to constantly be upgraded. Also, the PS5 upscales a lot of games to 4K. It isn't native. 2) Games on PC do have Dual Sense support. 1) Games like GoW can only be played on PS? How well did that age? PS5 might have advantages like the dual sense but for me personally, the only reason I have a PS5 is to play the most critically acclaimed exclusives ever. Sure some of them will come to pc after 4-5 years but by then the old charm is gone while playstation will be having even better titles

As much as I want to get a PS5, stock is preventing me from getting one so I will get an Xbox Series X probably in the summer. Sony isn't able to buy factories to produce more PS5 because it's expensive to do so Sony is hit badly by the chip shortage. Cars and PC components are back to production and selling at RRP/MSRP but Sony had a long way to go to recover. Just hope they will sort it out so scalpers won't be interested in them anymore and gamers will be at peace at getting the console of their choice

I would like to note if you do get a pc and ps5 controller you can get the same haptic feedback and adaptive triggers as on the ps5 on certain games but Sony are realising Spiderman on pc and some more and teasers such as last of us etc basically a improved ps5 but I agree there are many other things with ps5 than just pc and the controller and i respect it also i was gonna get one but those scalpers :(
I own all systems and a high end pc and tbh they all have pros and cons. Where your friends game is a big decision but it's also good to have more platforms to play on for when you don't want to play with friends. I play alot of ps5 with friends but sometimes I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone so I hop on the series x or pc to just chill out.
Why would anyone have an Xbox if they have a gaming PC? There are literally no differences other than 360 games and earlier. Gamepass, xbox controllers, xbox parties, etc are all on the PC. Even Microsoft has said an Xbox is just a PC.
*You forgot to mention 3D Audio and cheaper expandable storage options like the Adata XPG Gammix S70 blade 1tb $129.99 and 2tb for $249.99. Not to mention the exchangeable plates so no need to buy a whole special edition console.*
Hopefully they still will release console bundles with the game and face plates included on system selling games but also release the face plates separately from the bundle.
I was finally able to get a PS5 at my local Walmart 4 days ago. They only had 3 left of the disc versions at $499 after I bought one. I went back today and they were out of stock again

3:23 As much as I thought it was stupid at first that it uses AA batteries, I just got the IKEA rechargeable batteries. So it's about the same for the environment and I can also just quickly swap the batteries. Also, 6:51 I can't find the PS5 for less than 800⏠while Xbox Series X is 500.

90% of games hit 60fps. Some even do 120 fps. There are advantages to both pc and ps5. When it comes to triple aaa single player gaming, ps5 is your best bet. I think pc has much better online experience. So, depends on what your going for

Some pretty weak reasoning to be honest, Xbox GamePass is absolutely the best deal in gaming atm by miles on both Xbox and PC. It simply makes the Xbox a far more attractive console and Sony knows it. As for PC, it simply gets VASLTY more variety and number of new games per year than either console, where you don't have to pay a online subscription $$ each month like you do on consoles. Lastly a gaming PC is not "just" a toy, you can also use it for productivity or study etc, so its value to the user is far higher and not directly comparable to consoles.
@Tahir I may not be rich but I keep a couple grand in my bank at all times in fun money. That being said it's not worth it I've done it before. You always end up forgetting about them and they collect dust. It's better to just buy one and forget the rest. PC will provide long term value with the greatest selection, PS5 and switch have exclusives, Xbox is crazy cheap gaming.

Please tell me how the ps5 controller doesn't have batteries???? It's does have batteries it's just not removable and when the battery dies you have to buy a new controller or void the warranty to just change the battery how is that a good thing???
I own a XBSX, Switch, PS5 and a 2500 dollar gaming PC and from my personal experience I always felt I got the bang for my buck when it came to consoles, especially with the next gen consoles. I will say that i enjoyed playing the PS5 exclusives a lot more than the XBSX titles, I love the Xbox game pass service I just wish Microsoft would somehow add rechargeable batteries to these damn controllers.
@Rickyfffff I'm aware of that. I'm against spending an additional 25 dollars on something that should have came standard with the controller. Sony has been doing it for years, for the same price as the Xbox controllers up until the ps5. Sure, the ps5 controller cost 10 bucks more now but that's a price I don't mind paying with all its features.
No mention of incompatible multiplayer experience with game pass? I tried playing deep Rock galactic with a friend that was on Xbox and he couldn't join me he said some games are not compatible with game pass I was on steam I also can't play with him on ark survival :-(
I will say this though consoles have gotten better since the previous version the Xbox series x is hanging power wise right next to my 1080 TI and I bought that card at $800 back in 2017 and slapped it into a Dell omniplex that was $180 so pretty much $1,000 back in 2017 yes it's more expensive than a PlayStation 4 pro but I skipped two console generations so in the long run I actually saved money not to mention steam sales free games and epic game store now got the new tomb raider collection for free recently and modding has been an absolute Joy especially with steam workshop people put passion and hard work into the mods that make the game enjoyable years to come and fixes problems at the greedy and grimy AAA developers leave behind
the quick resume is also really neat of xbox but i guess after all this fighting and all it is really what you prefer i like how people are fighting as this makes microsoft or sony or nitendo not just sit back and relax but work hard for their newer releases

Ok, lemme explain why this video is completely bs and just based off personal preference and false information, 1. Xbox live gold alone has released free monthly games since Xbox 360. 2. Idk if you ever heard of rechargeable batteries but they are pretty cool. (Not to mention the many other Xbox controller models with integrated batteries) 3. PlayStation VR is a joke, anyone that plays that needs to upgrade. 4. Xbox Series X is backwards compatible with ALL games ranging to the original Xbox (as well as the original controller) 5. Xbox has taken cloud gaming to a whole new level, I was playing gta5 on my phone while on break. All through Xbox cloud gaming 6. You compared the ps5 DIGITAL edition to the series x and series s. The real competitor with the series x would be the ps5 with the disk drive. (They are the same price) Then the series s would be $200 cheaper than the PS5 w/disk and $100 cheaper than the PS5 w/o disk. And the series s plays at 1440p actually. Not to mention that it is the smallest and most portable next gen console. (Unlike the PS5 behemoths). 7. People that have Xbox game pass ultimate get Gamepass on windows for no extra cost. 8. It is a proven and test fact that the series x performs slightly better than the ps5. So the ps5 wouldnât be the most powerful next gen console. 9. Xbox offers many amazing alternative Xbox controllers for competitive gaming, such as the elite controller collection. Again, controllers are personal preference. 10. PlayStation does have some very nice and immersive exclusives, but so does Xbox. Sorry for the tangent, but I own both next gen consoles and I like them equally. But I canât stand when people make these videos saying one is better than the other with the most bs evidence. 90% of this video was based solely on personal preference. U should have made the title something along the lines of â10 Reasons why I love the Ps5 the mostâ I believe the best console is the one that puts the biggest smile on your face. But that doesnât mean any of the others are less superior just because you prefer one over the other.

Well you right but I think the exclusives is the reason why play station always and will always body Xbox and maybe that will change soon.. Always had a gaming PC. Bought a PS5 a year ago. I've just got gamepass for 3 month's for ÂŁ1. It's great as I haven't played hardly any game's on there. PS5 is great for exclusive game's. But unless I pay for the new Psplus Extra I will mainly use the PC.
I like the part where I don't have to re-buy my games, pay to play online and have endless possibilities to modifications, including the games themselves.
My reason for going digital version is to get with the times disc drives are noisy and you still need to install the game to the console so it still takes up memory the only positive in the disc version is you can trade games with friends or get 2nd hand games
I know it won't be for a while but digital stores do close. Nintendo 3ds store support went down recently so its not even possible to add funds to buy games just redownloading games you own works. Years in future the companies could die and drop stores meaning people with physical games can play them in future as long as their not lousy online always games, but digital will be at risk. Physical just leads to game preservation so we don't lose those games we love in future.
Hey guys I really need help with my ps5 control. Was playing and suddenly no buttons was working except the joysticks! So restarted my ps5 console. And now my control doesn't want too work at all the ps button ,no response! . When put the USB cable in the controller too try too connect it a get a orange light that lasts for 1 sec then nothing happens. I've tried too reset the controller ,unplugged the console. And then I got the same orange light lighting 2 times. Still no connect. Then I tried all the steps again. And I'm back too 1 orange lighting but don't connect. What can I do ? All answers is appreciated đ
Sony sell PS5 at a loss and make it all back on games. For the money (especially considering the price of GPU's right now) it's a steal. Of course you can do a lot more with a PC (game mods for instance and things like VR Chat on Steam if you have a VR headset). But if you are into pure gaming, a better catalogue of exclusives and better controller PS5 is the way to go. Still. At least XBX has VRR and 1440p. It will probably get FSR 2.0 first too. Gamepass is its saving grace and Sony needs to get a project Spartacus as soon as possible.
For me, now is not a good time to buy a PS5 or a Series X so I got myself a Series S instead. The Series S is a good deal especially with game pass. There's also one thing that Xbox has that PS5 doesn't is better backwards/cross-gen compatibility. For disc owners, PS5 discs don't work on PS4 while recent Xbox Series X discs also work with Xbox One consoles. PS5 right now isn't backwards compatible with PS3 (no MGS4 or GTA4 for example), PS2 and PS1 while Xbox Series consoles can play lots of games from Xbox 360 and Xbox. On the subject of the PSVR2, I don't think the headset will come in cheap either, as I have seen with the PSVR. And lastly for the exclusives, it all boils down to preferences I guess. You may call Nintendo games "family friendly" but to me they are just as good and ambitious as any other console exclusives.

One thing I do love that the Xbox has that the PS5 doesnât is quick resume. I love how u can literally jump from one game to another WITHOUT restarting the previous game as well as picking up where u left off. You canât beat that.

I prefer gaming pc more than PS here's why 1) you can own games with steam 2) Mouse and keyboard are way better for gaming than controller. 3) We can upgrade the parts in a PC like motherboard, GPU, PSU, CPU, RAM and SSD. 4) Can use gaming PC as stream with help of GeForce to connect to laptop and play demanding games.5) Don't have to worry about overheating problems.

I wanna get a ps5, I got the series x. And honestly it's great, older games get a next gen update. The eco system from switching from an old Xbox one to the series x was painless. Halo infinite was fun, third party games just perform better on the series x and gamepass is just a really good deal. But there are games exclusively only on the ps5 right now like Rachet and clank, demon souls. Apparently spider man miles morales is amazing on the ps5 that I've avoided playing it on the ps4. Only reason I've avoided the ps5 is because it's library is mostly re releases Where the Xbox if you owned said game you got the next gen version for free. But right now I have a feeling next gen Is about to pop off and the ps5 does have better exclusives. I mean whatever most of your friends play on than get the one they play but besides that I would the xsx is better if you donât have a pc. It has better specs so in online and multiplayer games you get 10 percent better visuals. You have a quicker start up and it is quieter. The controller is fine it is what the game does with the rumbles if you have ever played Jedi fallen order on Xbox it feels amazing on the controller. Plus you get more storage. And Xbox is getting a ton of exclusive games plus with the ps5 controller has a battery pack which only last 8 hours but you could just get some rechargeable batteries that comes with 4 so when 2 batteries die than you can swap them with the other 2
As someone who has tried both of the consoles, I would say personally that Xbox is the better option, and I've been a PS fanboy since ps2. It's much cheaper, PS games are soooo expensive these days, the price of Demon Souls is 70 dollars on the ps5, and the game is like 10 hours long.... While Xbox gamepass is just a bang for the bucks. Xbox wins in every category, in my opinion. Also, I find the ps5 exclusives to just be kinda dull. Also, I like that I can just put a battery inside my Xbox controller and just play without charging for a month or two, while I have to charge every 12 hours with a PS controller. Yeah, PS controllers have these cool features, but I don't really find that as a very important aspect when choosing a new console. In the end, both Xbox and ps5 are great consoles, but I like PC gaming more than both of these consoles. A good quality mouse and keyboard are much better than any controllers in my opinion. And when we're talking cheap, damn Steam sales and Xbox gampass combined on pc are just plain amazing, and you can't argue with that.
This list is kind of similar to my reasons for purchasing the PS5 (Digital). Here's my top 10 in no particular order. 1. PSVR2 (I wanted an Oculus and missed out on the original PSVR) 2. Adaptive Triggers/Haptic Feedback for Controllers (really gives the next gen feel) 3. Cheaper Expandable Storage option (Xbox Expansion storage is way too expensive for me) 4. Console design and plate customization (I love the rocket ship design and that I can switch it up in the future) 5. Certain exclusives (I do a lot of single player campaigns so playing Spiderman, Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, etc. is really fun) 6. Digital console was $100 cheaper then disc version and a digital only lifestyle is growing on me 7. Headset Compatibility/3D Audio (I find that more inexpensive, wireless headsets are compatible with PlayStation rather than Xbox) 8. I haven't owned a Sony Console since the PS2 and I wanted to experience this generation along with my Series X 9. 4K60FPS and Ray Tracing (yes this is found in the Series X, but this was major factor in purchasing just a next gen system period) 10. Building a PC or prebuilt was going to be too costly for me at this stage. PC is still king when you have the right setup. However, I was able to get 2 consoles for the price of a decent mid-tier PC.

@@MarkYeeDaMajor well I can give you a tip if you're trying to keep the cost down and you really want to build a computer right now your best bet for a graphics card would be a 1080 TI used it's around the same power as a Xbox series x that was released back in 2017 the price for that power right now is supposed to be around 400 but as you know the prices have skyrocketed for most technology you can pick up a 1080 TI used for $500 to 600 and because it's not the latest graphics card you don't see it pricing astronomically high still like the 3000 series if you really do want a 3000 series though you'll have to get in line like everyone else in the world and the manufacturing cues for waiting if you don't want to spend $500 or $600 on a graphics card you could go with the 900 series like a GTX cards like a 970 or 980 TI which is the same power as a 1070 but the 980 TI gets overpriced a bit up to the $400 or $500 and you're better off just shooting for a 1080 TI at that point I would recommend Radeon RX 580 but unfortunately that has been affected by the scalper pricing since it's a popular budget card people price increase the crap out of that unfortunately originally 180 USD is now going for $800 for a good model like a sapphire because of that I would just recommend find a GTX 970 that's basically around the same power as an RX 580 the 970 goes for around 180 to $200
I thought that too at first. Turns out that if you were willing to buy 3 full price games in a year that would have been on game pass, cheaper to have game pass. Game pass ultimate is a whole other world because you get free EA games and cloud gaming.
I have a XSX & PS5. Love them both but some of the points to me arenât really advantages but thatâs personal preference. Iâve had more issues with my PS5 since I brought both. Freezing, not downloading games. Haptic feedback I turn off on everything but SHOOTERS. MMM remote charges in sleep mode not while off. No 1440p 120hz support that âI know ofâ. But Iâm addicted to Ghost of Tsushima lol. My sons loves Spider-Man. The free games are very few and value wise the Xbox to me is better and it has its quirks. Just thankful to have both. I have a PS5 and a Skytech Shiva with 64GB and 1TB and it's not even close. The PC is more powerful and faster in every way but I love my PS5 for sporting games. Luckily I can afford both. PS5 have games that no other platform has so that makes it very viable. Once you purchase a PC you don't have to pay for online services just to play a game and the games are cheaper. PC works better with gaming routers also. Lastly, both have it's pros and cons but you can continue updating a PC. With PS5 you're always purchasing more for the system, games and online service.
The perfect combo for me is: PC for mmoâs like WoW, FF14 and steam exclusives. PS5 for causal games and exclusives and a Switch for Nintendo exclusives.

Let's not forget to mention the minimum $800 TV you have to buy, that can offer high enough performance as to not bottleneck to lower than entry level gaming PC levels.

It has to be fast enough and Sony hasnât done a great job letting consumers know what exactly they need. Interering video. I dont think most of these points are as big as the video make it out to be, unless the person already has a PS4. The battery issue is over stated. At no point in a video game are you going say to yourself "thank goodness Im using a controller with built in rechargable batteries" but you may find yourself wanting to quickly switch batteries once in a while. If you are into VR and can pay for it, then yes, the PS5 is the right console. Im not sure how much better is sonys ps5 subscription service with respect with old games, but xbox is making more older games available through game pass. While I can see why old games may sway a decision, I dobt think this is a big priority, but this dependa on the person. If it is, check online to make sure since this is one area that is changing. Yes, the PS5 controller has more advanced features, but dont think there is much of a demand for these. I suppose this is up to the customer. The multiplayer features for the PS5 do seem like a solid advantage. As far as the exclusives, currently PS5 does have the advantage, but this depends how much a specific exclusive matters. This advantage for PS5 seems to be diminishing though given Microsoft's acquisition of key studios.

The whole battery argument is still so dumb to me. And as far as exclusives go I donât understand all the hype around them. Like in my personal experience Iâll only play them maybe once or twice, maybe a third time if I wanna go for the platinum but then Iâll never play it again. And recently more and more Sony exclusives are making their way to PC so thereâs really no need to waste money on an extra console. @@Rickyfffff the choice getting a console depends on your situation. High end PCs geared towards gaming will always give you the best visual experience not just because they use the latest technilogy but because they can be tailored to your needs. Also some of them are easily upgradable, at least the desktops. Of course even a lower end PCs can play modern video games, at lower spects. The one thing that can be a draw back is that you can run into tech problems that can take time to solve. The next Gen Consoles give you a gaming experience comparable to much higher priced gaming speced pcs and rival high end gaming pcs. And while you may run into technical problems, if you do, they are much easier to deal with. You are not going to run into an issue where you have to look for a specific nvidia driver to get the game to work, or that, somehow an addon you added to your browser keeps your game from working (yes, I had this happen to me).
Pc will always remain superior to consoles. I can go on steam and get a dozen awesome games super cheap. Modding has always been a huge community. With that I have consoles but waiting for ps5 to come out with a pro edition and a lot more games. It seems silly the only reason why I got a ps4 years ago was for Bloodborne. Best investment ever.

For me it's pretty simple, tired of having to move my gaming laptop next to the TV so I'm getting a PS5 for couch gaming xD. If you already have access to a decent PC, the Xbox is a bit of hard sell. I also have a Switch but that's mostly used for Nintendo titles and multiplatform games that work particularly well in portable mode

10) PC has far more variety when it comes to VR. You obviously don't know that the Quest 2 can be used on PCVR. Since you want to talk about the PSVR2, how about Project Cambria? If you want to compare consoles, PS does win. If trying to compare with PC, it's a completely different story.
9) This point alone shows you don't actually know a thing about PC considering the launchers/stores are not the UI on PC. Also, just because the Xbox UI hasn't changed doesn't mean it's a bad thing. The UI shouldn't even be this big of a deal.
8) Having less choices is a good thing? You can literally buy rechargeable battery packs for Xbox controllers. They even have docks to charge these battery packs. What happens when that battery dies? You're either going to have to take it apart and change the battery or buy a whole new controller.
7) Paying just to play games online? That's not a thing to be happy about. There's no online subscription just to play games online on PC and free games are actually given out on places like Epic Games. Also, PS literally charges for other things like cloud storage which is not a thing on PC or Xbox.
6) A mobile app should not be a selling point for a console.

No online subscription, cheaper games, actual free games, etc. If you factor in online cost on console, that $400-$500 console ends up being closer to $900-$1000. You could build a better PC for that price at MSRP. Contrary to what people like you say, a PC doesn't need to constantly be upgraded. Also, the PS5 upscales a lot of games to 4K. It isn't native.

As much as I want to get a PS5, stock is preventing me from getting one so I will get an Xbox Series X probably in the summer. Sony isn't able to buy factories to produce more PS5 because it's expensive to do so Sony is hit badly by the chip shortage. Cars and PC components are back to production and selling at RRP/MSRP but Sony had a long way to go to recover. Just hope they will sort it out so scalpers won't be interested in them anymore and gamers will be at peace at getting the console of their choice

I would like to note if you do get a pc and ps5 controller you can get the same haptic feedback and adaptive triggers as on the ps5 on certain games but Sony are realising Spiderman on pc and some more and teasers such as last of us etc basically a improved ps5 but I agree there are many other things with ps5 than just pc and the controller and i respect it also i was gonna get one but those scalpers :(
I own all systems and a high end pc and tbh they all have pros and cons. Where your friends game is a big decision but it's also good to have more platforms to play on for when you don't want to play with friends. I play alot of ps5 with friends but sometimes I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone so I hop on the series x or pc to just chill out.

Why would anyone have an Xbox if they have a gaming PC? There are literally no differences other than 360 games and earlier. Gamepass, xbox controllers, xbox parties, etc are all on the PC. Even Microsoft has said an Xbox is just a PC.

I was finally able to get a PS5 at my local Walmart 4 days ago. They only had 3 left of the disc versions at $499 after I bought one. I went back today and they were out of stock again

Some pretty weak reasoning to be honest, Xbox GamePass is absolutely the best deal in gaming atm by miles on both Xbox and PC. It simply makes the Xbox a far more attractive console and Sony knows it. As for PC, it simply gets VASLTY more variety and number of new games per year than either console, where you don't have to pay a online subscription $$ each month like you do on consoles. Lastly a gaming PC is not "just" a toy, you can also use it for productivity or study etc, so its value to the user is far higher and not directly comparable to consoles.

You always end up forgetting about them and they collect dust. It's better to just buy one and forget the rest. I own a XBSX, Switch, PS5 and a 2500 dollar gaming PC and from my personal experience I always felt I got the bang for my buck when it came to consoles, especially with the next gen consoles. I will say that i enjoyed playing the PS5 exclusives a lot more than the XBSX titles, I love the Xbox game pass service I just wish Microsoft would somehow add rechargeable batteries to these damn controllers.

@Rickyfffff I'm aware of that. I'm against spending an additional 25 dollars on something that should have came standard with the controller. Sony has been doing it for years, for the same price as the Xbox controllers up until the ps5. Sure, the ps5 controller cost 10 bucks more now but that's a price I don't mind paying with all its features.

I will say this though consoles have gotten better since the previous version the Xbox series x is hanging power wise right next to my 1080 TI and I bought that card at $800 back in 2017 and slapped it into a Dell omniplex that was $180 so pretty much $1,000 back in 2017 yes it's more expensive than a PlayStation 4 pro but I skipped two console generations so in the long run I actually saved money not to mention steam sales free games and epic game store now got the new tomb raider collection for free recently and modding has been an absolute Joy especially with steam workshop people put passion and hard work into the mods that make the game enjoyable years to come and fixes problems at the greedy and grimy AAA developers leave behind

1. Xbox live gold alone has released free monthly games since Xbox 360.
2. Idk if you ever heard of rechargeable batteries but they are pretty cool. (Not to mention the many other Xbox controller models with integrated batteries)
3. PlayStation VR is a joke, anyone that plays that needs to upgrade.
4. Xbox Series X is backwards compatible with ALL games ranging to the original Xbox (as well as the original controller)
5. Xbox has taken cloud gaming to a whole new level, I was playing gta5 on my phone while on break. All through Xbox cloud gaming
6. You compared the ps5 DIGITAL edition to the series x and series s. The real competitor with the series x would be the ps5 with the disk drive. (They are the same price) Then the series s would be $200 cheaper than the PS5 w/disk and $100 cheaper than the PS5 w/o disk. And the series s plays at 1440p actually. Not to mention that it is the smallest and most portable next gen console. (Unlike the PS5 behemoths).
7. People that have Xbox game pass ultimate get Gamepass on windows for no extra cost.
8. It is a proven and test fact that the series x performs slightly better than the ps5. So the ps5 wouldnât be the most powerful next gen console.
9. Xbox offers many amazing alternative Xbox controllers for competitive gaming, such as the elite controller collection. Again, controllers are personal preference.

Sorry for the tangent, but I own both next gen consoles and I like them equally. But I canât stand when people make these videos saying one is better than the other with the most bs evidence. 90% of this video was based solely on personal preference. U should have made the title something along the lines of â10 Reasons why I love the Ps5 the mostâ I believe the best console is the one that puts the biggest smile on your face. Always had a gaming PC. Bought a PS5 a year ago. I've just got gamepass for 3 month's for ÂŁ1. It's great as I haven't played hardly any game's on there. PS5 is great for exclusive game's. But unless I pay for the new Psplus Extra I will mainly use the PC.
I like the part where I don't have to re-buy my games, pay to play online and have endless possibilities to modifications, including the games themselves.
My reason for going digital version is to get with the times disc drives are noisy and you still need to install the game to the console so it still takes up memory the only positive in the disc version is you can trade games with friends or get 2nd hand games

I know it won't be for a while but digital stores do close. Nintendo 3ds store support went down recently so its not even possible to add funds to buy games just redownloading games you own works. Years in future the companies could die and drop stores meaning people with physical games can play them in future as long as their not lousy online always games, but digital will be at risk. Physical just leads to game preservation so we don't lose those games we love in future.

Hey guys I really need help with my ps5 control. Was playing and suddenly no buttons was working except the joysticks!
So restarted my ps5 console. And now my control doesn't want too work at all the ps button ,no response! . When put the USB cable in the controller too try too connect it a get a orange light that lasts for 1 sec then nothing happens.
I've tried too reset the controller ,unplugged the console. And then I got the same orange light lighting 2 times. Still no connect. Then I tried all the steps again. And I'm back too 1 orange lighting but don't connect.
What can I do ?

In general, all consoles are made on one powerful PC. On this dispute is closed for adequate people.
Sony sell PS5 at a loss and make it all back on games. For the money (especially considering the price of GPU's right now) it's a steal. Of course you can do a lot more with a PC (game mods for instance and things like VR Chat on Steam if you have a VR headset). But if you are into pure gaming, a better catalogue of exclusives and better controller PS5 is the way to go. Still. At least XBX has VRR and 1440p. It will probably get FSR 2.0 first too. Gamepass is its saving grace and Sony needs to get a project Spartacus as soon as possible.
And most of that game money they get from cod..
For me, now is not a good time to buy a PS5 or a Series X so I got myself a Series S instead. The Series S is a good deal especially with game pass. There's also one thing that Xbox has that PS5 doesn't is better backwards/cross-gen compatibility. For disc owners, PS5 discs don't work on PS4 while recent Xbox Series X discs also work with Xbox One consoles. PS5 right now isn't backwards compatible with PS3 (no MGS4 or GTA4 for example), PS2 and PS1 while Xbox Series consoles can play lots of games from Xbox 360 and Xbox.
On the subject of the PSVR2, I don't think the headset will come in cheap either, as I have seen with the PSVR.
And lastly for the exclusives, it all boils down to preferences I guess. You may call Nintendo games "family friendly" but to me they are just as good and ambitious as any other console exclusives.

I mean whatever most of your friends play on than get the one they play but besides that I would the xsx is better if you donât have a pc. It has better specs so in online and multiplayer games you get 10 percent better visuals. You have a quicker start up and it is quieter. The controller is fine it is what the game does with the rumbles if you have ever played Jedi fallen order on Xbox it feels amazing on the controller. Plus you get more storage. And Xbox is getting a ton of exclusive games plus with the ps5 controller has a battery pack which only last 8 hours but you could just get some rechargeable batteries that comes with 4 so when 2 batteries die than you can swap them with the other 2
As someone who has tried both of the consoles, I would say personally that Xbox is the better option, and I've been a PS fanboy since ps2. It's much cheaper, PS games are soooo expensive these days, the price of Demon Souls is 70 dollars on the ps5, and the game is like 10 hours long.... While Xbox gamepass is just a bang for the bucks. Xbox wins in every category, in my opinion. Also, I find the ps5 exclusives to just be kinda dull. Also, I like that I can just put a battery inside my Xbox controller and just play without charging for a month or two, while I have to charge every 12 hours with a PS controller. Yeah, PS controllers have these cool features, but I don't really find that as a very important aspect when choosing a new console. In the end, both Xbox and ps5 are great consoles, but I like PC gaming more than both of these consoles. A good quality mouse and keyboard are much better than any controllers in my opinion. And when we're talking cheap, damn Steam sales and Xbox gampass combined on pc are just plain amazing, and you can't argue with that.

This list is kind of similar to my reasons for purchasing the PS5 (Digital). Here's my top 10 in no particular order.
1. PSVR2 (I wanted an Oculus and missed out on the original PSVR)
2. Adaptive Triggers/Haptic Feedback for Controllers (really gives the next gen feel)
3. Cheaper Expandable Storage option (Xbox Expansion storage is way too expensive for me)
4. Console design and plate customization (I love the rocket ship design and that I can switch it up in the future)
5. Certain exclusives (I do a lot of single player campaigns so playing Spiderman, Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, etc. is really fun)
6. Digital console was $100 cheaper then disc version and a digital only lifestyle is growing on me
7. Headset Compatibility/3D Audio (I find that more inexpensive, wireless headsets are compatible with PlayStation rather than Xbox)
8. I haven't owned a Sony Console since the PS2 and I wanted to experience this generation along with my Series X
9. 4K60FPS and Ray Tracing (yes this is found in the Series X, but this was major factor in purchasing just a next gen system period)
10. Building a PC or prebuilt was going to be too costly for me at this stage. PC is still king when you have the right setup. However, I was able to get 2 consoles for the price of a decent mid-tier PC.

I tried out game pass it has its flaws what's the point of playing game pass if you can't play with others on what they're advertising which is PC games yes if the person on PC buys game pass then they can play but someone who's on steam cannot play with someone on game pass like deep rock galactic you're also just better off firing up your laptop and buying games that are like 75% off on steam and just building up a library to when you do have the money to skip two console generations I did this a few years back spent $800 on a graphics card 1080 TI at the time of the card it beat out the PlayStation 4 pro and the Xbox fast forward it's still beating out the PlayStation 5 and is hanging with the Xbox series x I already saved myself $200 by going with a graphics card that was high-end years ago a buddy of mine went the cheaper route and bought a Dell omniplex pre-built that was meant for businesses at the time of 2018 the pre-built he bought used on eBay for $180 i7 half a terabyte SSD and 2 GB of hard drive and then he bought the same card as I did the 1080 TI for 800 yes it's a bit more work to go down the PC route but more and more years go on it becomes easier with all the support from the internet and CZcams and now on the horizon that will be portable like the switch will be the steam deck no I'm not sure if this is going to be a success or a failure but what it does have going for it is it is backed up by a huge company like valve and just like Sony and Microsoft selling their consoles at a loss and gaining it back through company loyalty it's the same way with valve
I'm on PC and I see no reason to buy game pass because of incompatible multiplayer experience with steam and epic users I guess the only reason to buy it is to play the gears of war series but even at that you can't play all of it you also can't play all the games it's like Netflix it's not going to have every movie or show on there all the time

@@MarkYeeDaMajor well I can give you a tip if you're trying to keep the cost down and you really want to build a computer right now your best bet for a graphics card would be a 1080 TI used it's around the same power as a Xbox series x that was released back in 2017 the price for that power right now is supposed to be around 400 but as you know the prices have skyrocketed for most technology you can pick up a 1080 TI used for $500 to 600 and because it's not the latest graphics card you don't see it pricing astronomically high still like the 3000 series if you really do want a 3000 series though you'll have to get in line like everyone else in the world and the manufacturing cues for waiting if you don't want to spend $500 or $600 on a graphics card you could go with the 900 series like a GTX cards like a 970 or 980 TI which is the same power as a 1070 but the 980 TI gets overpriced a bit up to the $400 or $500 and you're better off just shooting for a 1080 TI at that point I would recommend Radeon RX 580 but unfortunately that has been affected by the scalper pricing since it's a popular budget card people price increase the crap out of that unfortunately originally 180 USD is now going for $800 for a good model like a sapphire because of that I would just recommend find a GTX 970 that's basically around the same power as an RX 580 the 970 goes for around 180 to $200

I have a XSX & PS5. Love them both but some of the points to me arenât really advantages but thatâs personal preference. Iâve had more issues with my PS5 since I brought both. Freezing, not downloading games. Haptic feedback I turn off on everything but SHOOTERS. MMM remote charges in sleep mode not while off. No 1440p 120hz support that âI know ofâ. But Iâm addicted to Ghost of Tsushima lol. My sons loves Spider-Man. The free games are very few and value wise the Xbox to me is better and it has its quirks. Just thankful to have both. I have a PS5 and a Skytech Shiva with 64GB and 1TB and it's not even close. The PC is more powerful and faster in every way but I love my PS5 for sporting games. Luckily I can afford both. PS5 have games that no other platform has so that makes it very viable. Once you purchase a PC you don't have to pay for online services just to play a game and the games are cheaper. PC works better with gaming routers also. Lastly, both have it's pros and cons but you can continue updating a PC. With PS5 you're always purchasing more for the system, games and online service.
The perfect combo for me is: PC for mmoâs like WoW, FF14 and steam exclusives. PS5 for causal games and exclusives and a Switch for Nintendo exclusives.

At no point in a video game are you going say to yourself "thank goodness Im using a controller with built in rechargable batteries" but you may find yourself wanting to quickly switch batteries once in a while.
If you are into VR and can pay for it, then yes, the PS5 is the right console.
Im not sure how much better is sonys ps5 subscription service with respect with old games, but xbox is making more older games available through game pass. While I can see why old games may sway a decision, I dobt think this is a big priority, but this dependa on the person. If it is, check online to make sure since this is one area that is changing.
Yes, the PS5 controller has more advanced features, but dont think there is much of a demand for these. I suppose this is up to the customer.
The multiplayer features for the PS5 do seem like a solid advantage.
As far as the exclusives, currently PS5 does have the advantage, but this depends how much a specific exclusive matters. This advantage for PS5 seems to be diminishing though given Microsoft's acquisition of key studios.
@KraziAgentAdam just remember that sony and microsoft are mega corporations that really dont care about you. If you want to play the latest game for your favorite franchise, youll need whatever system its on.
The whole battery argument is still so dumb to me. And as far as exclusives go I donât understand all the hype around them. Like in my personal experience Iâll only play them maybe once or twice, maybe a third time if I wanna go for the platinum but then Iâll never play it again. And recently more and more Sony exclusives are making their way to PC so thereâs really no need to waste money on an extra console. Ironically thatâs the same excuse Sony fanboys have been using for years
@@Rickyfffff the choice getting a console depends on your situation. High end PCs geared towards gaming will always give you the best visual experience not just because they use the latest technilogy but because they can be tailored to your needs. Also some of them are easily upgradable, at least the desktops. Of course even a lower end PCs can play modern video games, at lower spects.
The one thing that can be a draw back is that you can run into tech problems that can take time to solve.
The next Gen Consoles give you a gaming experience comparable to much higher priced gaming speced pcs and rival high end gaming pcs.
And while you may run into technical problems, if you do, they are much easier to deal with. You are not going to run into an issue where you have to look for a specific nvidia driver to get the game to work, or that, somehow an addon you added to your browser keeps your game from working (yes, I had this happen to me).

Pc will always remain superior to consoles. I can go on steam and get a dozen awesome games super cheap. Modding has always been a huge community. With that I have consoles but waiting for ps5 to come out with a pro edition and a lot more games. It seems silly the only reason why I got a ps4 years ago was for Bloodborne. Best investment ever.

Guys I can't find ps5 and I tired of prices here in South Africa its like a 1100 usd if I convert. But Xbox is easily available, series x and s. Do you think I should rather go for series x or will I miss anything on ps5. And I've always been a ps guy. Or should I wait..

@@Wenvolt pre installed battery is much better. Just need a two controller, and just change controller if one of them are low on power. Using an alkaline battery isn't efficient, what if you don't have extra battery or you forgot to charge the other battery too? You need to wait 1 hour and that's a big no

For me it's pretty simple, tired of having to move my gaming laptop next to the TV so I'm getting a PS5 for couch gaming xD. If you already have access to a decent PC, the Xbox is a bit of hard sell. I also have a Switch but that's mostly used for Nintendo titles and multiplatform games that work particularly well in portable mode

I have all the systems and a lot of these points are just silly if not fanbotish to try and make. There are only a few reasons to buy one over the other no matter which next gen system you prefer. I buy all the systems and use one these most of the time for multiplayer but buying one system over the other... that really comes down to where your friends play...can you guess which system that is? Makes no difference. SMH. What we need to worry about as a gaming community is not to pit brand against brand but ecclesiastical HOW to come together on things like DRM or prices they are trying to make us pay for hardware and software alike. Or even against things like call of duty and other software companies trying to put BS in the games that we are forced to endure if we want to play them. I'm not going on to the many examples but you should get the just of what I'm saying here if you play enough. Enjoy what you have and realize these systems and every system are damn near identical every time they release for reasons most are even to shallow to wonder why that is. Why are the Xbox and Sony systems almost identical every generation? Hmmmm conspiracy thoughts here. Basically though gamers should support gamers no matter which systems they play on and don't be mad at me if you get Tbagged from my Xbox Series X because your controller went dead and you couldn't hot swap your batteries lol. As for me though I'm getting ready for some God of War now so cheers to everyone see you on cross plat.
