    Hi,
    I have one question..
    Can I make push-ups and abs exercises every day ?
    Or it's harmful for the muscles ?

      Rick Grimes it depends on your fitness levels. Ideally, in a weight training world you rest the muscles a day after you worked them. But if you did push-ups and abs in a varied compound workout it wouldn't hurt you to do them again the next day. With body weight exercises you can train more often. So listen to your body. If your your chest and abs are tired I would suggest you do cardio or yoga and switch up your movement.

      I just want to stretch my body without building up muscles because I'm 5.7 only.
