Mani Hotels in Europe even in Uk , they don’t serve free water. You have buy it either from bar or outside shops . You cannot complaint about that . Also they mentioned that you can buy from the Bar. Some hotels have room service until midnight. But Ac Issue is a problem, management should have checked before giving the room .

Last month we went to Agadir, we had almost similar experience in another hotel. No AC, no phone ,no water, room was very far in a corner,no WiFi and also blocked wash basin. We asked them to change the room and initially they were hesitant but finally they gave another room.

Bought it alongwith cool drinks. One buffet lunch $100.00 Travel is expensive everywhere.. Frontroom people are very rude ...though we r us citizens! Even tourists from uk/ireland too faced the same scenario! Ac...when so hot outside room..it takes time to settle room temp to minimum bearable situation. Too much confort makes people more rudely.. Last month we went to Agadir, we had almost similar experience in another hotel. No AC, no phone ,no water, room was very far in a corner,no WiFi and also blocked wash basin. We asked them to change the room and initially they were hesitant but finally they gave another room.
ആ നിക്കറൊണക്കാനിട്ടതാണ് നമ്മടെ റൂമ്, അതാണ് നമ്മുടെ identity.. അത് പൊളിച്ചു..😂😂

I haven’t seen free water in the room anywhere after leaving India. We always have to buy water bottles or fill water in your own bottle from the water fountain or get it from the bar. It’s the norm
This type of discrimination is quite common in many parts of the world. Very unfortunate. And we don't do this to them.
