I recommend using the Bissell carpet solution with scotch guard it smells amazing and it works really good to. I spilled red juice on a white carpet and I have the same carpet cleaner as you and I used the same Hoover solution as you and it didn’t take as much out! But when I got the bissell solution it 99% removed the stain to where you can’t tell it was their!!

This review plus your earlier one is what sold me on this model of the Bissell ProHeat 2x Revolution shampooers. I was going to get the one from Sam's Club for $100 less but I liked that you demonstrated how to remove the brush cover(s) to clean that area. The lesser models don't have that feature. Also I like the idea of the tray/stand/cleaning pan for the brushes but not sure if that's an optional separate component to purchase. Lastly, I appreciate you showing your confidence in the machine's capability in the coffee segment...yikes!!! Thanx for a great vid!

This vacuum works!!!! I had a red wine stain my husband accidentally made last year. I used it for the first time last night and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that year old red wine stain coming out and the liquid going into the vacuum was reddish color!!!!

The new one seems a lottttt easier to clean than mine. Threw first one away because could not get it to pull water out of carpet. Just cleaned my living room carpet and now once again this replacement I have only used three or four times won’t pull water out of carpet and Did get living room carpet finished before started having trouble again.
What I didn't like was that the 2 roller brushes keep spinning while you are using the hose to clean your couch ect...
Does your bissel proheat 2x leave a pool of water where the main machine is when attaching the hose?
Did you buy the cleaning tray separately?

It’s great as a wet carpet cleaner, but not great at a dry vacuum. I would recommend the Dyson vacuum to pick up dry debris first and the bissell to clean and restore the carpet fiber.
I just purchased this yesterday and used it this morning and I used it on the one above Express and after I was done not only did I not have any dirty water in the water tank all the water was gone out of the clean water and I also had balls of rug lint everywhere. Have you ever experienced that?
Yea, its best to use a vacuum first to suck up loose pet hair and carpet lint. We use a Dyson vacuum for that and afterwards we use the pet Bissell to clean and refresh the carpet. If you don't vacuum first the Bissell will pull the lint and pet hair out of the carpet but leave it behind creating a line or ball of accumulated fluff. The fluff is too thick for the front nozzle to suck up which is why its left behind. If some of that does make it through and it's took thick you may have to clean the vacuum front of any debris to keep it cleaning properly. If you used the Bissel and no dirty water was returned you might have a clog. you should watch the vacuum front carefully to see that its pulling the water back into the vacuum like seen here @8:23. Pull the trigger to begin shampooing the carpet and you only want saturate once or twice over - After that you release the trigger and let the Bissel pull in the dirty water. Might require you to slowly pass over that section once or twice again. for cleaning check out 3:30 and be sure to check the big Black oval for clogs centered between the two green buttons that's the vacuum inlet.

When using the upholstery tool do the brushes continue to run? I don’t see how to stop them from running and if I were to have this out on the driveway I don’t want brushes running the whole time.
The continue to spin so it doesn’t leave a mark on the carpet. Does it sit on the stand and spin ? I’m just looking at reviews before buying
Yes they do run while using the upholstery tool. If you use it for cars outside bring the black cleaning plate to dock it ;)

If you put this thing away dirty it will stink and likely won’t work when you go to use it again.
