    If anyone is having the "Android TV Remote Service keeps stopping", I managed to turn it off by doing:
    1. Roll down the notification bar
    2. Click on the gear for "settings"
    3. Go to apps
    4. Click on "Android TV Remote Service"
    5. Click on "FORCE STOP" and "DISABLE"
    Yes, you have to do it while closing the many pop-ups that come along.
    Good luck!

    Using lineage OS on rpi 3B or even B+ in my experiance is too lag. I prefer to use Emteria OS that can run much faster and smoother than this. Also, Emteria OS already have it's own TWRP recovery mode, no need to install anymore. Only need to install gapps. But be careful. Installing Gapps also cause so lags. I haven't try this on rpi 4, cuz I lost opportunity to buy one.

    first steps are great.. Im facing issues once flashing the image using Etcher or Raspberry pi imager and goes the same.. A memory flash drive of 31,5gb can not allocate 7gb of the image + the gapps.. Am i doing something wrong?? is there something related to the sd formater??

    • @ricardomoutinho8098
      @ricardomoutinho8098 Před rokem

      nobody responded that , but anyway , any time that I'd formated the flashdrive , it didnt accept more storage. In this case , I detected that model versions (android 10 version) , it has dtermined 5gb of internal memory for downloads . In this regard , i placed gapps into a normal pendrive and copy the file using file manager inside the lineage into dowloads or documents page. THat then i was able to open this file during the recovery..

But after installing gapps and rebooting all I can see is looping lineage logo now for 1 hour. The green rpi light is flashing, so I suppose some SD card activity going on. Is it due to version incompatibility? Your installation instructions are 3 months old.

    @PcMac, Thanks for your nice video. I have 32 inches of smart TV recently it software was corrupted and TV display only showing booting logo ( hktrt2968p61 motherboard). Now I have removed the motherboard from the TV so that I can connect my Pi3(android TV) to the 32 inches display. here I don't know how to connect pi3 HDMI output to the LCD display. Help or advice highly appreciated. Thanks

    Dear friend, first of all congrats to your video! it was very helpful. I still have a problem, when I try to boot the system on raspberry it keeps on restart looping all the time.(I tried with lineage 14, 15, 16 and 17) He tries to boot, the lineage logo appears but it doesn't finish the boot and then restart. I do not believe that the souce power is the problem because I already used this Raspberry with many distros like Raspbian, Kali Linux, Ubuntu and so on and never had problems. Do you have some suggestion about my problem? Thank you sou much and sorry for the poor english.

      x86_64 is made for x86 devices (like a laptop or pc with a processor.). The raspberry pi is Arm based. android isnt being emulated. its actually running on the cpu itself
