mecanum wheels are low efficiency, low durability, much higher chance of catastrophic failure, and their downsides WAYYYYYY outweigh the upside of being able to parallel park a little easier. they are good for certain onsite transportation applications, such as forklifts and stuff like that, but you wouldnt want a car with mecanum wheels
