Sir, the doohickey is operating at 100% efficiency
Good, the last 44 attempts all failed...
What about the thingamabob
@@murderpuppy3601 Exploded...
The whatchamacallit was taken apart to build the doohickey
@@Phi_Hanwell what was wrong with the whatchamacallit? Was it not efficient enough?
The doodads and thingamajigs are operating at peak efficiency
Huh
It's honestly crazy how much mechanisms Lego allows, even a few prisus can make many different mechanisms within the machine. Amazing work and it's a really creative idea to do this as a way to show off all Lego mechanisms!
It's so true! LEGO® has so many amazing mechanisms, it's crazy!

@@evantheappleguy4406 *“*pieces”
Its almost as if most of these parts are custom built to do certain jobs, like worm gears...
@@Oliepolie Worm gears are Lego bro
Bro made a factory for pointless energy burning :D
It's actually a really good heater
This looks like something the engineering department would build to "Justify the budget expenses" and consequentially name "Craig".
lol that's a good point! And also...it's now officially named Craig :D
@@BrickMachines1If I had a penny for every overengineered useless machine named Craig I have helped create/name, I would have two pennies, which isn't much but it's a surprise it happened twice
@@Average_Slav 😂 I love it
Okay so I am watching Craig do its daily routine 😂
1. Get built
2. Work
Wow dude. Your knowledge of mechanics goes way beyond the average Lego channel builder.
Thank you! It's fun to get to see where these mechanisms show up in every build. They're the go-to options for power transfer!

every engineer knows the magic wand is the most important part of this build
🤣 100% accurate
It's not an engineering job if there isn't a unexplainable magic do-dad that somehow makes the entire thing works
I love how each skit showing the mechanism always aggressively speeds up
WOW!
Wow wow wow.
Really super cool! I cant believe those all fit into one machine. Great video dude!
Thanks, Riley! 🙂
Big fan of you both, I made a working Lego blender once but I don't have many moters.
me too
It's not a machine, it's a doohickey because it has no specific function
Hi I’m a big fan
8:40 "yes sir, the doohickeys and thinagamobs are working at peak efficiency"
lol 100% 😂
“Is the machine running well?”
“Yes sir, the whatchamacallits and doohickeys and thingummybobs are working at peak efficiency, nothing wrong yet, sir.”
It’s the thingy-majiger
Yes
it is clearly the whatchamacallit
This hits close to perfect. I think you missed an opportunity by not running the contraption for like seconds for each added part, to ease the viewer into the complexity of the total assembly.
This is perhaps the most amazing Useless Box I've ever seen! Also, it's Lego, and it's 44 mechanisms in less than half a cubic foot. This is awesome.
Thank you very much! Yep, totally useless 🤣 Except I guess it's good for showing a lot of mechanisms
It's not that useless, some people could actually use it as a reference when designing something!
@@Justival Yeah, I know. Useless Box is the name of the thing itself. They were popularized in the 60s, I think. One example (and one of my favorites) is a box with a switch and a trapdoor above it. When you flip the switch up, a thumb pokes out from the trapdoor and pushes the switch back down, then retracts under the door again.
@@gaelonhays1712 That “useless box” with the switch is also one of my favorites! I suppose I got lazy and didn't read BrickMachines1’s comment on the box being “good for showing a lot of mechanisms.” Thanks for the interesting info!
Contractor: how compact can you make our machine?
This guy: Yes
Now I need one hour version of the final machine working from every angle... this is so satisfying to watch!
Amazing! Your builds show such ingenuity. Seeing how it all worked together at the end was mind blowing! Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much for watching and for your nice comment ☺️
Man is the doohickey king, crowned at last year's thingamajig convention
Sir, the doohickey is operating at peak efficiency.
this is a masterpiece of madness. I hope this is still in one piece on a shelf.
Woah, what kind of mind would you need, to be able to understand how 40+ mechanisms work together and connect. Very impressive.
Thank you so much 🙂 That's so kind!
An engineers
Question: have you ever thought about putting things like a shaft or a universal joint between the area of a magnetic coupling for space efficiency?
it would kinda block the magnet, making it not work
Bruh plastic doesn't block magnetic fields 😂
@@ChatookaMusic bruh you are so mean
@@The_Dr_Fate pfft what how
@@ChatookaMusic you are laughting about me not knowing someting
-Yes sir, the thingamajig is operating at peak efficiency.
Yes, Sir. The doodads are operating at peak efficiency.
Sometimes, it’s good to go back to the basics of mechanical engineering 😄 I enjoy these LEGO videos. Super appealing!
Couldn't agree more! This has been a fun project for sure 👍
I love seeing so many parts that are in a car put into legos. I’m definitely gonna try and make the Schmidt couplet soon
So you made a really complicated intermittent switch.... with different drive mechanisms plugged into the first input from the motor for both functions. You're awesome man
Lol yep that sounds like basically exactly what I did 🤣 Thank you!
@@BrickMachines1 it's still neat to see. This really makes me want to learn how to do this crap.
this looks like a machine that you'd see in a steampunk workshop
I love this maybe you can make more of them bigger. It’s just so cool how it is all run on one motor and is all connected.
Thanks so much! Yeah so fun that it is all just run by one motor!
Wow, I bet you were an engineer in another life. Amazing how your brain can put all of those together!
Thank you! lol maybe so... ;)
Girls “he is probably off cheating on me” meanwhile me and the boys. Making nuclear power plan out of Lego
Taking Rube Goldberg machines to a different level
This man never stops to amaze me
Wow,that means a ton! Thank you! 😀

When great mechanics and great software come together you can make amazing things!
You're spot on! Thanks a lot to you all at Pybricks for the great software portion of that sentence!
😊
Interviewer: Wow! Amazing build! What does it do?
Brick machines: uh, yeah about that...
😂😂 Sounds about right lol
yes sir, the doohickeys and thingamajigs are working a peak efficiency.
I never realized how loud legos can get…
It's true, especially a machine with man moving parts!
I was fully expecting an interdimensional portal to appear after turning on that beast!
"What does your machine do actually?", "Yes!"
Anyway this is some nice mechanics! Hats of mate
I recently finished college to be an Automotive Technician, and its honestly really cool to be able to recognize almost all of these mechanisms, lol
Really cool that you managed to build those all into such a small space.
Thank you so much!
I love your builds, especially there was one mechanism i had to know the name and i learned it from here. Tanks so much :)
Really? That's awesome! So glad you enjoyed it!
honestly im just suprised the friction didn't destroy the motor or the legos
I hope you do a sequel to this video on April Fools day where the entire mechanism just completely destroys itself when you turn it on
Dang, Legos have come a long way in complexity since i was a child in 90's, you can basically make real cars with them now
You're so right! Some people have actually made cars that can go like 20 MPH!!
Well, that is a LOT of mechanisms!
This clearly shows how you can fit so many mechanisms in tiny spaces, whit them all working as well!
I think it's good to see that your channel isn't dependent on Lego Minecraft content, which would eventually become difficult to come up with ideas for.
Awesome video!
I liked how it all led to the big reveal at the end!
Thank you very much 🙂 I agree, it is very good to see that! I don't want to have to fit in a specific box, so being able to do other types of content too is nice. So glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching it so early 👍
It does everything and nothing at the same time.
I love it
Bros building SCP-914. Extremely impressive!
Woah, I had to look that up, but it looks sick! Thanks!
The most powerful coupling is between you and Jesus!
Lego's capabilities are incredible! And this guy's building skills are even more incredible!
Wait... He pretty much just made the most complex lego engine in existance!
I dont know if it makes up for him dropping his lego shulker box or not 😅
Thank you very much! LEGO® parts are truly amazing! Lol yeah I don't think I'll be breaking more builds that way anymore 🫠
"How large will the factory's mechanical structure be?"
"44 mechanisms, yes strength, and mass amounts of gears."
the universe gets 90% more complex everytime you build these
Amazing how you can fit all of these into one contraption, great message at the end as well ❤
Thanks so much! And glad you like the message too ☺️
I ❤❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍 the message
Wow! This project is absolutely amazing! I love all your videos, they inspire me so much! Keep on building, because the sky’s not always the limit! I hope you inspire many young builders like me. You always entertain us, and I hope you’ll keep on building! Thank you for reading this comment. Have a great day!
So glad you enjoyed the build :) I'm so glad these creations inspire you!
Wow, I love this! It reminds me of being a kid. My dad and I would build machines similar to this (although less complex and not motorized) on I think a green 32x32 plate. You would turn one one gear and everything started to rotate.
“How is my doohickeyinator doing” ahh video. 10/10
That magnetic coupling was weird. But awesome at the same time! Also yes Jesus loves you too.
Thank you! Yeah definitely strange, but cool for sure :) Jesus' love is the greatest!
The finished product looks like one of those machines in Dr suess 😂
Oh my goodness, you're spot on!

Thanks so much!
clean editing!! good job
Thanks! I enjoyed timing it with the song ☺️
Man theres more chapters then the minutes my dad left
I would adore a 10 minute video of just different angles of this thing working tbh
Amazing vid dude ur so talented
Wow, thank you ☺️
I also 100% agree with the last statement. 👍
Yes, same! Jesus love is the most important thing in the world! 🙂 And to let people know they're special is something I want to do!
normally normal people would use motors but you? you took it to a whole new level ❤

@@BrickMachines1 Yes indeed:)
The funniest thing is how you speed up almost every mechanism before going to the next one so that it goes vroooooooom-VROOOM!

… And 44 mechanisms!??? In one machine! I didn't even know there were that many possible. I learned so much just watching that one video. 😘👍🐶
Yeah it's crazy there are so many! And probably tons more I don't even know about lol! It's even more amazing that all of these are possible with LEGO® bricks 👍
