That place is so BIG! I get that it's colder than CA and you'd want more indoor space because of that but I'm shocked at how much more affordable it seems in NY. I thought it was the most expensive. It must be because they include the supreme penthouses and similar.
I live in a medium-safe area in SoCal (still break ins about twice a month or so in the immediate community), it's like $3000 /month for a 1100 sq foot apartment, built in the 90s, very small patio. For a place with a garage and like 1220 SQ feet it's $4,000/ month.
$3300 is more so the average each housemate pays after the split (the avg because they each pay slightly more or less than that depending on their room size etc), their total rent is probably $16-$18k a month

there is no way kelly doesn’t pay more than 3,300$ especially that jed said in his youtube vid that he pays 3,400$ so i’m pretty sure 3,300$ is the average amount between all 5 roommate’s pretty sure ashley and kelly pay more than that
