it isnt the bus drivers fault.. they do what they are told.the city needs to fix the public transit service. those bus drivers work awful hard and get treated horribly sometimes.
Hey Calgary, this is what happens when you don't plow your streets! This would never happen up north!! Both Calgary and Lethbridge just don't get it. Lived there for 5 years and dealt with shit like this every winter.
Those oil junkies waiting for the train across the street could have at least helped out. Give them some excersize. Would be the highlight of 2012 for them.
and operating those artiuclated buses during these kind of conditions is another brilliant idea as well.....but what do you expect from government idiots......everything they do is a complete disaster
Suddenly I'm thinking about getting a vasectomy
Mad Props to these random people risking their lives by getting this bus off the track.
that is the Canadians initiative and helpfulness!
It was during rush hour traffic with people trying to get home.
City does not use winter tires...
Nice to see the comunity spirit alive and well in Calgary still, even as a "big city: status.
YAY! i love seeing strangers working together as a team!
@ 5:16 - That's what she said.

all this happened in one day lol. sorry we don't have people sweeping the streets at the first sight of snow. most of us got trucks;)
Guy on the back of the bus happy as hell about his vasectomy
And here we are, a month later, and it's still snowing.
They are waiting for one of the trains. This happened during rush hour, in the heart of downtown Calgary
Yep. It's snowed fairly regularly since Sunday of this week.

Thats Calgary and our crazy transit look at the other video were we have a bus raming another bus or our secret lrt tunnel under city hall

Is it really already snowing in Calgary?
this would never happen in America. We are too afraid of lawsuits which is why we can never do anything nice down here
Alderman John Marr @3:25 doesn't even lend a helping hand!!!
Id hate to be the driver of that bus. All those people just staring at you.
No scalpel? No needle?
Clear the snow off the street----or install winter-tire !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zazur zamboni city bus
That was pretty funny.
This shows exactly why I love to live here :)
I don't live there but its interesting to see the video, seem like nice people too bad they abuse animals for sport
No tow trucks, eh?
I love Calgarians, all working together to get our crappy buses out of the way. Love you all!
Got to love the helpfulness of Canadians! That would have happened down here, people would have sat there and complained!
I love Calgary, had this been Edmonton the people probably would have just gotten off and walked instead of helping.
hahaha!!!
;)
Goddam build the LRT underground!
Word "Subway" is too fancy for a cow town. Maybe in 50 years or more, you may see the subway line in Calgary.
It's all about the $$$
come on everyone let push a 14 TON bus, let try again lol. Thanks for trying and succeeding you must love Calgary!
I vote for a drive axle for the centre wheels.
all the damage has to be paid out of taxpayers pockets....these long type of buses do not work in Calgary in the winter.....hello!!!
Snow is the problem,.
how are all those people spectating this on a wednesday? don't you people have work?!
I am surprise they let people pus with a truck pushing right next to them. The truck can slide sideway and knock them down and cause injury.

I am surprised they put those type of buses on the road in winter
