I think the solution to this man utd mess is to fire Ten Hag NOW!!! because he has lost the dressing room, rarely uses youth, a rigid coach who uses the same sytem every time despite failure & doesn't like squad rotation, then on temporary basis bring a good vibes coach to pamper these prima donnas they might finish top 6 then in summer bring a no nonsense coach like De Zerbi & carry out a PROPER CLEAR OUT. One good thing with De Zerbi is he can do wonders with youth and average players....united won't require superstar signings he will work with talents like Openda, Jonathan Davids, Ivan Toney, Vlahovic, Brahim Diaz, Dyabala 12million release clause ,Sergej Milenkovic, Ousmane Diomande, amadou onana; amadou haidara from Leipzig who happens to be a man utd fan, Johan bakayoko, zubimendi, Latin America talent, replace Rashford with mitoma, Neco Williams or Leao etc

its funny because I saw a similar video you did for ETH exactly 2 years ago waxing lyrical about him and from some fans and pundits saying hes the one. Whats different about De zerbi ?........... he will follow the same pattern as ETH, Jose and LVG. United need to just stick with one manager (and back him) and stop this cycle of hiring and sacking a managers (ETH has been to 3 finals in 2 seasons winning one and could win another domestic cup) then bringing a new ones that has to work with the previous managers players , who then will need to assess them and bring his own in and will take a year at least to get. up and running.

Yes it’s called changing your mind and admitting your wrong. You need to get off fan channels. People pretend they are right 100% of the time but it’s never the case.
It’s nothing to do with previous managers. The issues are now and they are tactical. Better managers improve the team and players as a whole.
Right now De Zerbi is a significantly better manager tactically and fits what United need.
This whole “it’s just a cycle” is just nonsense rhetoric. So we just keep a tactically inept manager? Who is that better than replacing him and moving on

Whilst I do agree with the tactical side of the video, I personally haven’t been convinced with De Zerbi as a headcoach just yet, per se. He may be a good tactician but there’s much more to be dealt with at united than just tactics. (PS :I’m not saying with 100% certainty that Ten Hag’s the man as well)
1- How will he manage the scrutiny and the press? How will he deal with the toxic atmosphere surrounding the club when the results aren’t coming? How will he deal with the Fans and board members who are expecting short term/immediate results? Transfers can be a double edged sword as it can make or break the season, free or not. (Look at Amrabat for example).
2- How will he deal with the player power based system in the current dressing room, with leaks left and right. How will he deal with players with the ego of a God but the performance of a championship player. He can’t just sack the toxic roots as it has slowly spread onto the players in the dressing room and if he were to proceed forward with that decision, he will turn the dressing room, media and the fans against him from the get go and we will hear story leak left and right.
3- How will he deal with the off field issues of the players, whilst having to deal with exposure that it’s caused?
4- Will he manage to overcome the pressure and bounce back from each loss? A 3-0 loss against Arsenal for example isn’t gonna go under the radar at Utd. City and Liverpool are some of the best team in the world currently but even they come nowhere near Utd when it comes to scrutiny after a rough spell.
I don’t think that changing the manager is the long term solution for the club atm. Ragnick’s “open heart surgery” is still very relevant to this team despite the signings. There’s so much more to be dealt with internally at the club. Once those issues have been dealt with, then the club will have to decide on whether the project that Ten Hag is presenting is moving towards their vision and if not, then we should part way with Ten Hag. But until then, fixing the mentality and the discipline of the players and changing the core structure of the way the club operates will have a far better impact than sacking the manager.

Nowadays, with the likes of city, Liverpool and arsenal established, inorder to succeed you need to control games like they do. United's defenders have been exposed on several occasions and labelled incompetent more compared to Brighton's defenders but Brighton is actually below united. Pundits act like small tactical tweaks can solve these huge issues, when really tactics are only a tiny part of the game compared to player quality and psychology. ETH cannot play possession football with this squad it is not possible. De Zerbi would not be able to make uniteds defenders suddenly comfortable enough on ball to play out from the back the way Brighton do, just like Ten Hag couldn’t make them play like Ajax. He would adapt his tactics to fit the squad as he slowly builds the team to increase its quality (just like Ten Hag is doing), but y’all would give him no time, say oh they’re not playing the style i want them to play, and come for his throat before he can build anything. I don’t think so. United have 2 options on defence, they can actively press and leave gaps or they can drop back, park the bus, and remain compact. Teams like Liverpool are able to press high while maintaining compactness because their defenders are mobile enough to get back on transition. If United tried to play the same with with Varane, Maguire, Lindelof, they would get absolutely smoked on the break and have no legs left by the time halftime rolls around. This is why when united press they leave gaps in the middle, the defenders have to stay farther back. It is a personnel issue. You can criticize Ten Hag for not adopting a more defensive approach, sitting back and playing on the counter. It has a lot to do with management - Not giving him what he wants in the summer to hire a medical team that was sacked by Arsenal last season for underperforming!!.
TenHag took a squad that finished one of the worst seasons under Ole and Ragnik (58 points) to the Top 3(75 points) with 2 Cup finals!!. As a manager, he has to deal with Dramas (CR7, Sancho) to unify a squad. Further, he has to deal with Brain Dead management who can't do transfers (sell or Buy). Meanwhile, De Zerbi can't make a well-run club like Brighton compete for the top 6 positions!!.
Just like previous managers mentioned this club is set up to fail unless there's proper management that supports and backs the manager at all costs.
If Liverpool and Arsenal can stick with their manager for 2-3 to get results we surely can stick with Ten Hag for at least 2 more seasons!!.
One of the positive things in recent times was how he overhauled the academy and rebuilt it to play his tactics. Our academy is performing so well under his guidance. Ex - U18 Northern League and League Cup champions!!.
One last thing we all should remember is if we are asking to sack the manager at least we should give him the squad he wants and still if he can't produce results then we could think about sacking!!. Otherwise, it's gonna be a repetition!!

Mbappe is going to be a “free” transfer, well ignore the signing on fee, agents fee, ip costs… you’re understanding of the finances are so so flawed

Before watch the video. I have my opinion:
    Tosin Aderabiyo
    Danny Welbeck
    Rabiot
    Dewsbury Hall
    Mario Hermoso

To clarify: this is players we should be interested in. I’d personally wouldn’t sign Rabiot he plays similar positions as Kobbie.

@@AtlantisFootballmust’ve triggered a one year extension Lat time I checked he was free agent.
Then I think Guido Rodriguez would be a good signing to replace Casemiro/Carrick short term. He has 3 years left in tank. Isn’t world class but he is high PL quality. For free that’s a bargain.
      Imagine
Bruno and Mount as 10/8 role
Mainoo and Ceballos can play anywhere in midfield both 8
      Guido and Adli as 6s
That is a good midfield with nice depth (not ready to win PL or UCL) that would cost around 40 mil pounds.
The midfield could be constructed in different ways as many of them are versitile. Probably the best value upgrades we can get. Allows to splash cash on a LB and a RW.

I absolutely agree with you, mate. There are 2-3 things I want to mention and would like to know your opinions on those.
    1. Talented players, like those from Real or City, are such extraordinary talents that can win you the match. Don't you think we should focus on building a generation like that? If so, how?
    2. I agree with you about sacking Eth and signing Roberto. I know how our squad is affected by injuries and how Eth has impacted the young talents, but he really lacks tactical acumen. I'm just praying to finish this season as fast as possible. Roberto is spot on sometimes but also fails a lot. How about Nagelsmann?

As long as rashford is still in utd, nothing will change. He is a selfish egoistic player. Pep and de zerbi tactics will not suit rashford play.

Mate stop blaming Rashford. The issues are tactical. You’re making out as if Rashford is the only problem. De Zerbi’s tactical set up would definitely suit Rashford
