Todibo - Arguably one of the best ball playing CBs in the world, solid defensively too of course.
Scalvini - Another one of the most promising CBs in the world. Martínez being slightly injury prone meaning we need two quality options brought in.
Zambrano - I think he's more like Rodri than Kamara, in fact I think he's a mix of Rodri and Caicedo. Available for around 5.5 Million.
Rafa Silva - Versatile attacker who can play anywhere across the final third. Brings good experience amongst the young options out wide. He could be our Jota/Trossard type player.
Guirassy - Makes sense as a January signing because of his low release clause and form. Pretty complete as a CF too.

I'm curious if the days of 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 are truly over. In particular systems that play with 2 strikers. Could you do a video about the relevance of these formations in modern football, especially among the big teams, and whether a bit of tactical innovation could see the return of these formations over the 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3 that most top teams prefer?

Great video. In terms of defense, I agree with the Steele, Todibo, and Frimpong signings 100%. I like the Simakan signing too, but I think we’re ignoring the need for quality depth at LCB/LB. Shaw and Martinez are both a bit injury prone and we fall off a cliff when they aren’t playing. I’d bring in someone like Inacio or Hancko who could do either role. I think if you keep one of Varane/Maguire, since the fee would be minimal anyways, I’d rather them and Dalot be the RCB and RB backups than Lindelof and Malacia as the LCB and LB depth. Meaning id bring in Inacio before Simakan (prob similar cost). In midfield, Kamara would be great… just not sure we could get him from Villa. Could probably go for Joao Neves for only 20 million more which, if we could find the funds would be 100% worth it. Palacios would be a great alternative (but that muddies also getting Wirtz). Speaking of Wirtz, would absolutely love that signing if we could pull it off. Very different option on the wing and could be a long term successor to Bruno, especially if Mount plays mainly CM. Guirassy is a fine backup ST + Greenwood back on the RW would be an ideal Antony replacement for free. I think Garcia is a good signing to replace Eriksen, but I doubt he’d come since he’d probably be a depth option and he’s a part of the City group. An engine room of Mainoo, Neves/Kamara, Mount, and Garcia does sound nice though… especially with Gore breaking through.

Wirtz is a great player, but he's not going anywhere this summer, Benfica is buying Fernandez...Why getting Garcia when we could go for Zirkzee, who's a play maker and will create spaces for Rasmus.... I love the idea to get Simakan, in the midfield I would love to see Joao Neves pairing with Mainoo...left back, Estupinan would do a beautiful job, he knows the league perfectly.

I think for signings, in attack, united need another striker so I'd say lois openda. We already have a lot of wingers.
In midfield, youssouf fofana from monaco and start a trio of mount, bruno and fofana with mejbri, mainoo and oyedele as backup.
In defence, sign todibo and branthwaite and maybe geertruida. Start martinez and todibo, branthwaite and will fish as 2nd choice pairing and kambwala as a 5th choice cb.
Would you keep Wan-Bissaka if he could work on his attacking play and/or his central defending and being like Shaw but on the other side?

Mount can defo work in a double pivot, alternating between pushing up between the lines but dropping off in the build up.
I do like Onana but I think Kamara is more press resistant and so I prefer him for that holding midfield role

Especially with Ineos on board as we now have some direct connection to Ligue 1. Part of the reason United are struggling to compete is that they are beaten for prospects in England and in the other big football development hotbeds.

All of them are good transfer targets but with Mount and Bruno already at the club and because of FFP, I don't see Wirtz coming to United in the summer.
I would not spend the money on simakan,steele,gurassay and kamara cause with one of todibo/braithwate/silva coming in utd need a more exp cb in someone lyk de ligt who can slot in with ease and take the pressure off the young cbs. Also Frimpong is good rb but physicality wise might come to byt us with utd already being less physicaland the aerial duels will be acause of concern. Kamara is a good plyr but his injurys and again physicality arent gud enough and utd can explore better opns cause he would not come cheap and i would rather spend it on a someone lyk onana/zubimendi than him. gurassay is a gud stk but with hojlund already t utd i wud rather go for a someone lyk vlahovic/osimhen/toney cause we need some exp pros who can finish for us as rn we have too many youngsters with not much finishing ability.

i love the idea of signing florian wirtz, but my only concern is that if we’re playing with 2 number 10s wouldn’t that leave someone like kamara/mainoo isolated? I know that can be resolved with dalot inverting but how would that work if we sign frimpong?
I think his idea is to play Wirtz at LW + Kamara, Mainoo, Bruno in midfield. Wirtz drops in to make a box midfield, much like he does at Leverkusen and Hojlund + Garnacho form a front 2 of sorts (like Boniface and Frimpong do at Leverkusen). Coincidentally we’d also have Frimpong, so you could play him in that role too and have a more flexible defender at RB like Simakan.

i dont agree with lindelof adding squad depth, what if we have an injury crisis and that guy would have to play, either way i dont see it as a big problem tho. abt frimpong, he would atleast cost 70m for other teams, idk how much he would be for man utd. if we cant get simakan, kossounou isa great/equal alternative. dudnt think we could sign a prem player, thats why i havent looked at a kamara as an option. we also need to get guirassy asap, and move martial, idk how he is still here? like, he plays 5-10 games a yr. dunno if we would need a rw as much as an lw, if we want to move rashford, it would be great if he can move on

It doesn't matter the price if the CM doesn't have the profile of Pogba marketing wise United have no interest. That doesn't mean that the Manager doesn't want a CM. OGS wanted Camavinga, Caicedo, Tchouaméni and Bellingham and got Van de Beek, Ten Hag wanted De Jong and Bellingham and gets Casemiro (ok for shorter term if he doesn't fall off as quickly as he has) and Mount (Van de Beek 2.0). It's pathetic that Mainoo has to be the guy at 18 and we're lucky he seems to be special.
Bring back Greenwood 1st get a proper CDM , Dalot to go instead of AWB he’s great defensively and gives you a different option depending on the game frimpong and AWB are a better set of cards , sell malacia and keep Fernandez.

@@AtlantisFootball Pellistri stayed because Amad is injured and we have no midfield so Hannibal made sense too. It could be they both aren't good enough or it could be that in the poor team it's asking a lot for a fringe first teamer to look good. Personally I think Hannibal makes it and Pelistri is just a bit below the grade for a team with a lot of depth in his position even if said depth is also young and poor.

This video is spot on with every player and spot on with alternative options. I was thinking Douglas Luiz pairing with Kobbie Mainoo would be better than Kamara. It would be an absolute dream if we can sign Todibo, Douglas Luiz, Theo Hernandez, Wirtz and Guissay. Also, I would definitely move on from Onana. He costed us 3 champions league games. He literally gave away three games when United was in winning positions. Onana is world class with his feet and absolute rubbish with his hands. Some good picks. Not sure about some as well but broadly looks decent. I feel we need another left footed CB though for sure. I know Shaw can play there but he isn't reliable. I'd get a 2 way player like Inacio who can play LCB or LB. Bit like City with Ake or Gvardiol.
I also doubt whether Frimpong can play as an orthodox RB. I mean he can but it's risky in the EPL.

Besides Todibo, I don't think the rest of the players you just mentioned are World Class enough to help us compete.... They still need to prove themselves, we can do better as United
