I had my first EVER experience putting a track back on yesterday on a Kubota SVL 97-2. I was really surprised I got it done in maybe an hour. I used the forks on my tractor to slide her back on and everything worked out really well. Thanks for the video.
To compress the front idler back there's a super easy way to do it: Take a block before lifting the machine and place it at the front of the track after removing the grease fitting (the big part) and then just use the machine's own bucket to press on the block. Fast and easy.
