Kinmemai Premium is awarded as the world’s most costly rice; it is valued at about USD 109, equal to 8,689.35 Rupees. Initially, it was available only in Japan, but slowly it gained popularity and is now also available in Singapore. I know the first question will arise in your mind what's unique in the rice; the Kinmemai process filters it, so the thin wax layer around the rice is removed, and every rice takes a half year to grow, but this is not.
Due to India's growing population, we must adapt all the emerging techniques in agriculture to feed everybody. Not only for that but also for our economy because agriculture is the backbone of our country. To grow this crop first, we must understand the crop, its climatic conditions, soils and what kind of procedures we have to do for this plant?
