How to Make: Roasted Pork Shoulder

- Pork shoulder butt roast (7-8 lbs) 350 degrees
Cook meat with the fat side up on a rack
Paper towel dry, lightly coat with oil
Pierce holes filled with minced garlic and seasonings
1/2 tsp salt
1 Chopped minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp Cumin and thyme
1/2 tsp each onion and garlic powder
1/2 tsp rosemary
1l2 tsp red bell pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp pork seasoning (optional)
