Thermostat Wiring LIVE!!!

What do those wires on your thermostat actually do? Did you know most AC Companies will not hire you if you are unable to explain what each color/wire leads to. This is a LIVE demonstration of me jumping each wire to start each separate function. Don't be afraid you can do this!!!
