@@enochsapam3893I have been through a lot.. I went to severe trauma had to take medicines too.. Now I'm restarting my life again at the age of 30 I'm a post graduate.. And still I dont have any work experience still unemployed single.. But again I'm scared at times..

Hello mam 🙏 I have done my masters in history with 72 % marks from uttarakhand open university and I'm also NET JRF qualified, further I will do PhD from government university, so after complete my PhD programme can I do job in private university, I mean do private university discriminate in interview on the basis of open learning mode in masters?
🤔 🤔 I have decent marks in masters and JRF holder and further I'll have PhD degree, difference only in masters programmer's mode, so will they reject me only basis of my learning mode in masters If I have essential qualifications for assistant professor and teaching experience during my PhD program. 🤔🤔

After qualifying NET/JRF, if we directly go for job and pursue part-time PhD, then would that part-time degree be valid in further promotions, I mean when the degree is not full-time, would it hinder promotion to Associate Professor?

No, there won’t be any issues as such but mostly preference is always given to regular degree students so there might be more competition

99.9% Koi bhi University exam nahi leti.
State govt main jo assistant professor ki vacancy hoti hai. Sirf vahi exam hota hai.
Part time me koi scholarship nhi milti hai full time me milti h apne ye nhi bola video me aur net clear krne ke baad itni aasani se job nhi milti h
JRF ke baad hi scholarship milegi n vo bhi full time pe. Obviously if you’re doing part time phd then aap job hi kre hote hai n aapko kuch nahi milega.

You can do both. One is just an eligibility test while the other a degree which takes 2 years and eventually it'll help you in your career.
