When are used to volunteer at teen challenge at New England teen challenge the head office teen challenge in Brockton one of the leaders there they had been there 12 years and told me you pick a chapter in the Bible early in the morning have a notebook pad and a pen read the chapter and write out what versus stick out to you most , then pray and then read those verses which stuck out to you mostly what are you doing with your dialing it down to one verse so you read those verses out and then you put the three verses which stuck out you mostly into another column pray read that down tower down to two and then one and meditate on that verse all day ! Sorry if any words are misspelled I’m on my iPhone using voice type and I don’t have my glasses with me now thank you and God bless you !

Paul said in Gal and throughout the New Test that we are no longer under the Old Testament or the Law. Read Galatians. The 15th chapter of Acts where Peter says why tempt ye God to put a yoke around the neck of the disciples that even they weren't able to bear. We are not under types and shadows according to Paul. To say we are is to say Jesus died in vain. In other words, Jesus didn't pay enough on the cross, so we will decide what we want to pull out of the Old Cov and make you follow. Paul called it bondage in Gal. Can we learn from the Old Cov, sure. But are we under it, No, according to the Apostles.
