    Thank you, Brother Morgan for being Biblically and spiritually grounded so that we can have a better understanding about how to be effective agents of the King.

    Pastor Morgan , We as bible believers must take this Gospel into the streets and from house to house ( Act's 20 :20-21 ) and preach to the lost . Remember : Jesus said , Follow me , and I will make you fishers of men . We also run busses to pick up children and teens ( many have been neglected by their parents ) . We don't have to take authority over a city , just go and witness to them the Gospel of Jesus Christ . We need boldness through prayer and the WORD will do the work . Romans 10 : 9 - 10 Bro. Don

    If your name is written in heaven but it’s not written in the lambs book of life do you really think that you’re going to be remembered in heaven? By the people who are there? If you are not there? Don’t disappoint people who believe in you. I remember you Mark Morgan from the Pentecostal church in Modesto brother Keyes‘s church, And now his son-in-law’s church. On seventh and I. In downtown Modesto. This was like 25 years ago. I remember one thing and one thing only from you is that my parents told me that you read the whole Bible several times. My parents my family believe in you. I challenge anyone and everyone to be better than me. I never lie and I love the truth even more. After Pastor keys you and Johnny James I remember the most.

    The gates of hell shall not prevail - in antiquity gates were a defense, not an offense. In other words - the gates of Hell cannot resist… they’re not strong enough.
    Another way of looking at this are the archers that would sometimes be placed on the gates (the wall) - even so this was a defense mechanism. Hell defends itself by its gates, but they will not prevail.

    Great word! I have heard this word about the proclamation of the gospel. Do you think the proclamation of the gospel opens the door to kingdom authority and speaking words of kingdom authority ? Thanks so much.

  • @arc-michaelr9580
    @arc-michaelr9580 Před 2 lety +1

    20:33 - “spiritual - mystical stuff”
    Amen, there is WAY too much of this. There is even an identified “mystical” way of interpreting the Bible, which too often we fall prey to. May God Open our eyes that we depend more on the Words of the Living word of God than on the “man of God’s own words” YES there is a difference.

  • @arc-michaelr9580
    @arc-michaelr9580 Před 2 lety +1

    @7:49 - if they had God-given authority and were recognized in Heaven... then why did Jesus also say:
    “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬
    Clearly they cast out demons in Jesus name and did many DUNAMIS (wonderful, powerful) works.
    This is the context of “not everyone that says Lord, Lord” - it is not a reference to the sinners prayer like many Apostolics believe. These were Christians with that authority of casting out demons, that you speak of. How then were they not allowed into the kingdom by God?
    Because you can do all that… but rejoice not in that, but that your name is written in Heaven.
