In 91 finals it also showed what a great passer Jordan was. He averaged 11 assists in these finals. The greatest player I've ever seen and it's not even close. Great scorer, great dunker, great passer, great defender, great competitor that never let a finals series get to a game 7, as a matter of fact only twice in the years that they won championships did the Bulls go to a game 7, in 92 2nd round against Knicks and 98 eastern conference finals against Pacers. *GOAT.*
Great game by Jordan in a bounce back win great statline 33,7,13,2,1 on a remarkable 15/18 from the field which included the Greatest Move In NBA Finals History
Magic never even tried to guard him regularly anymore because he knew Jordan would blow by him. And contrary to the FALSE media narrative that Pippen guarded Magic, It was actually Jordan who still guarded Magic the rest of the series if you watch the full games on CZcams as proof. Especially Game 3. Pippen only guarded Magic for a total of 5 minutes that game. The rest of the game it was Jordan on Magic and in OT with Pippen fouled out on the bench.
Preach brother ppl go by false narrative so bad that they believe anything on TV or Social Media all they gotta do is watch the games
Don’t forget cliff levingston also guarded Magic in game 3.
@@hny2396 For a short period he guarded Magic as with any player who gets switched on. Jordan was still the primary defender on Magic throughout the series.
Will agree. Jordan was the primary defender on Magic.
That MJ lay-up, what a move. I wish he was still in his prime and playing . MJ made everything look easy. Greatest I've seen play basketball...
7 years old I jumping for joy watching Mike & Magic go at it💪🏾💯
MJ 6-0 with 1 all star only, LeQueen 4-6 with multiple all stars 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1-9 without pippen
@@stetron LeQueen 4-6 with and without all stars in the finals 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@Bee G keep speaking the truth to these bronsexuals.
@Bee G actually Pippen was a nobody to Superstar HOF groomed by MJ mostly. The only other superstar, nobody else. BJ and Horace made all-star selections once due to MJ's influence. That's greatness!
Want to know something else. MJ the only player who makes crime rates drop in Chicago. Everyone was watching. If that doesn't say goat. I dunno what to say.
LBJ has never done that nor Kobe. I'd take Kobe over LBJ tho.
Both of them played with multiple Allstars and superstars who had names prior to joining their ball clubs, unlike Pippen. That's the difference. Especially LBJ. he wanna play with everyone and demand all the credit for success. Throws everyone under the bus if they miss..smh..total political ignorant loser
LeQueen:"I'm taking my talents to south beach."
*proceeds to get owned by 38 years old jason kidd, outscored by jason terry, owned by jj barea* 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
LeQueen:"these shoulders were built for a reason."
*loses in 6 to young booker and an old and injured CP3, leaves the game with 5 mins while getting blown out in his home* 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
There's something seriously wrong with a human being if they don't like Michael Jordan
23 likes? I'll keep it @ 23. 👍
As a basketballer or as a person?
Lebums minions
I was there, 3rd level. I thought Jordan had dumped the ball off to Horace on the spectacular shot. Couldn't believe it was all the same person.
John Paxson is the purest shooter in the history of the NBA, what a release!
13 field goals in a row. The '91 finals were terrific...finally got a championship. Hard to know just how many MJ would score today with no hand checking.
he would average 60 easily
mj haters love to think that mj's offense would remain the same, his offense would have evolved in this era
Pistons did not implemented the Jordan Rules because he sucked badly on offense but rather the opposite reason.
@@user-jm7mm4lo7o Yup, he would've certainly kept up with the times and shot a lot more 3-pointers like they do today. Make no mistake about it, he still would've done most of his damage with his midrange shot as well.
@@user-jm7mm4lo7o MJ haters need to answer just WHO would be able to guard Jordan in today's game ? The challenge to stop Jordan would be harder today without hand checking. I don't believe he would have been launching more 3's ... he would challenge people to stop him going to the basket and would continue with his mid range jumper and fade away around the basket. Both would have been better as the no hand checking rules would have made one more cautious in guarding him close.
Michael Jordan was art in motion. The move at 2:53 was pure perfection.
If anyone ever believed MJ didn’t pass the ball, should watch this game. Also I’ve never seen anyone who floats in the air like MJ unreal
So this one game late in his career proved that he always passed the ball?😂😂😂
@@joelvance4969 no but he did average 6.something assist per game for his career, and a lot of dumbies are oblivious of his passing
@@ljgomez594 I guess Phil Jackson is one of those dummies considering he told Jordan he would never win a title without getting his teammates involved. Stans don’t see that though
@@joelvance4969 yeah, Phil Jackson helped MJ become even a better player… that’s what coaches are supposed to do. Idk how that makes phil a dumbie… lol
@@ljgomez594 he must’ve been oblivious to his passing!!😂😂
any kids out their who thinks LBJ or Kobe are the GOATs, watch this. it's MJs ability to make everything effortless on both ends of the court.
"A spectacular move by Michael Jordan!"
Epic, Iconic moment in sports. 😍
I miss the NBA on NBC. From the theme song to prudential halftime report to Marv Albert calling games.
This guy is just unreal
Yep! Those were the days!!😁
this entire video was beautiful
Jordan is amazing
A small example that shows MJ was a better passer than LeBron. Dishing off to wide open shooters after dribbling for 15 seconds is not great passing.
Better passer than LeBron?! That's a stretch
@@clydetheglidetop5sgtop10du7 No it aint. Falling for a narrative that's shoved down our throats doesn't make it so. He doesn't create as well as MJ. Most of his assists are hitting the wings, he doesn't do what MJ did in this vid as well. He doesn't have the timing, nor the court vision, nor the ability to break down a defense like MJ. Shit, he can't hang in the air as long as MJ to make some of those timely mid air decisions and last minute drops before landing. Give MJ the same open lanes, 3 feet of space, 15 seconds to pass and he's getting those same passes LeBron does every game with ease.
LeBron is a more 'willing' passer, sure. He's looking to pass first and foremost and depending on his stats. It's harder to get an assist while in attack mode like MJ because your mentality is to score, that makes it harder to then dish off last second. But MJ has shown that he can easily avg double digits when focusing to pass.
@@andgar923 Jordan was an elite passer no doubt but Lebron's on another level in that department with the likes of Bird and Magic
@@clydetheglidetop5sgtop10du7 Don't believe the hype. He's not as good. He takes long to pass, his read reaction is not as good as MJ or the people you mentioned. He needs an open floor with space for most of his passes. Again, don't buy the hype.
@@andgar923 amen 🙏
MJ at the top of his game. I noticed Magic running around sluggish the entire series and James Worthy was nearly nonexistent on the floor. Would have been a different series if they both were healthy but I believe the Bulls would have won regardless.
Worthy hurt his ankle in the Conference Finals versus Portland. He was dealing with that. Stat wise, Magic had a solid series here; but even he knew it was MJ's time.
People need to put this in perspective. The Lakers took the championship in 80, 82, 85, 87 and 88. Detroit obliterated the Lakers in 89 after losing in 7 games in 88, then almost swept Portland in 89. This is what the Bulls had to deal with in order to win. This 91 bulls were the most complete team by far. Could have easily swept the Lakers.
If Sam Perkins doesn't hit that shot in the first game then it's a sweep
They should have won anyway. A.C. Green called a time-out with no time-outs remaining. That's a technical foul. Refs didn't call it.
THE O NE AND ONLY GOAT!! RETIRED GOATS GET THEIR PROPS BUT EVEN THEY DIDNT HAVE " THAT MJ DOMINANCE" .. and you LeBron are simply a lil sheep looking for someone to say you are the goat....but LBJ all you got is you own BaaaaaaBaaaa
6:38 Oh!
That #23 guy has some potential 🤣
Michael jordan is the greatest off all time 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 no one player can surpass him.lebron you 👎👎👎👎
I miss horace Grant with the 3"s! We lived closer shop at same GROCERY store... Came up with MONEY when we NEEDED it....extra 3 every 30 minutes...
화질 좋고~
Sometimes I dream...we know the rest 😏
I wish there was some film of Jordan working out in the gym
There is lol
Mike was a fool to come out of retirement and played for the Wizzards.
No he wasn't
The bulls management, and Jerry Krause was more of a fool to break up a dynasty than him coming to play with the wizards. They could’ve kept winning probably another 7 or 8 championships
6:38 just wanting to show off! Lol
15-18 TGS,Damn it. It's amazing
And they say pip was the leader
NJ needed Pippen more than u think youngsters
Pippen did a hell of a job defending magic game 2. It was too much for MJ to guard magic and carry the offensive load. Great move by Phil taking Jordan off of magic after magic put up a triple double.
NOPE. Jordan got in foul trouble early that is why Pippen was on Magic in Game 2. Jordan was back on Magic in Game 3 and when Pippen switched on Magic in Game 3 - Magic had adjusted like the great player he is - which is why Phil went back to Jordan on Magic for the rest of the series.
Thats a myth that started on like Facebook or some shit a few years ago lmao. Jordan was Magic's primary defender the whole series except for half of game 2.
@@Youngster543210 no he wasn’t. Scottie Pippen
1991 NBA Finals: Chicago wins its first title, defeating the Los Angeles Lakers, 4-1. In the Chicago's first-ever NBA Finals appearance, Scottie Pippen took the primary responsibility of guarding Magic Johnson in 1991 versus the Los Angeles Lakers.Dec 1, 2005
STOP LYING TO THE TRUTH!
@@joelvance4969 Stop lying idiot. Jordan guarded Magic 80% of the time. Pippen didnt stop Magic at all.
You stans are pitiful and pathetic. And for the dummy that said it started on Facebook then that would mean Facebook was around and popular in Jordan era!😂😂
best performance from all 6 finals?
Nah, I think Utah game 6 imo is. Prime Stockton and Malone with a dysfunctional Rodman and Pippen. Seriously, Steve Kerr had more of an impact and Jordan still won it in 6 with that crazy shot over Russell.
15/18 with the moves, passes, D……I think maybe this was his best
