    His employer was no doubt delighted to discover that his doctor's letter was forged and they could therefore get rid of him.

    He's clearly a liar, he has ADHD sure, but he's clearly got a terrible attitude and he's trying to fall back on the ADHD as a get out of jail card

    Gives people with a disability a very bad name.

    He’s gets a pass on the mismanagement of his business affair and not doing paperwork but the doctor letter is outrageous. Needs medicated, not standing desks and 14 other bizarre things.

    “Apart from that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was your night at the theatre?” is the best line I’ve heard in an awfully long time. I’m adding that to my vernacular.

    What a bonus for the company, an employee as bent as him signed his own P45. What a relief for them and good riddance.

    How does he have a blue badge for ADHD?
    Prime example of the self entitlement crisis in the UK

    • @tomsixsix
      @tomsixsix Pƙed měsĂcem

      You can get one for autism (often comorbid with ADHD) but usually only the most severe forms - a higher functioning person typically wouldn't be eligible. Generally, you wouldn't be able to drive with the level required for a blue badge on the autism score, so it'd be purely for being with someone else.

      @markc5999 Pƙed měsĂcem +1

      @@tomsixsix people with that level of autism have mobility issues normally.
      This guy if he works at an estate agents in office and drives a car clearly has no or very slight mobility issues. We had to jump through so many hoops to get my gran a blue badge after she had a stroke and could not walk unaided.
      This guy certainly appears to just play the system and probably just beats people down until they just give in to get rid of him.
      I bet everyone was jumping for joy when the managers suspended him.

      He would have lied about having something else. ADHD does not effect your mobility or ability to drive so he wouldn't have got it that way.

    so rather than "fake a letter" for his disability, instead he fakes a letter that is more inline with getting a standing desk.
    this guy genuinely sounds like he can't be trusted in any way shape or form.

    He should be sacked and the employer will be entitled to make clear that he was sacked in his reference. But sadly many do not and so he will be another problem in 6 months.

    This person will continually do this throughout his working career, no accountability (because ADHD!).
    Until one day an employer says or does the wrong thing and it will be a pay out unfortunately

  • @hencole
    @hencole Pƙed 17 dny

    As someone who has ADHD, a standing desk (for recurring back issue) and an automatic car (out of choice) I have no idea why he would relate any of those things to ADHD. He sounds like a complete griffter and how he managed to a blue badge just shows he probably doesnt have abything wrong other than a lack of morality.
