This crap noise been reported loads of times to council police nothing been done about it

A girl blocked me once, i asked her the reason, she didn't say. I respected her decision and moved on. 3 weeks later she calls me from her friend's number, apologies, starts talking to me everyday for a week, flirts with me as well. Then blocks me. Then i ask that friend whose number was used to call me. He said that she believes that im harrassing her.

I am being cyber stalked on my computer from person(s) and person(s) in association with or known by at work. How creepy is that......

For some reason, I'm being targeted by a nasty power-hungry narcissist, who is relentless in his pursuit and has made it a full-time job to have me watched and stalked. He doesn't act alone which puts me in an extremely powerless position. He's gotten away with doing some really cruel things to me. Despite my attempts to escape by moving multiple times, he'll have me secretly followed to the new address, spread a malicious campaign to all the locals and neighbours who'll buy into it, and start to bully me out of the area. I stayed in a hotel where he had one of his men to also stay in the hotel too, he attempted to open my door several times he'd have another parked in the car park revving his engine, or flickering headlights to make his presence felt. If I'm in my car he'll have one of them park up behind flickering his headlights on and off, if I'm in a carpark one of them will park right close up to me, if I attempt to leave they'll deliberately block me in. I've actually stopped driving my car because it seemed like a safer option. The man is fixated on the cat-and-mouse dynamic, this is merely a glimpse of the cra.p I have faced. I am mentally drained from the constant surveillance and ongoing harassment. I give up!

Is ULEZ a scheme to encourage low emission and discourage high emission vehicles in London or a cash cow? If its about the environment then TFL should recognise the genuine intent to pay and at very least cancel the fine. Also is the fraudulent site still online and do TFL take reasonable steps to combat this kind of fraud.

I reported noise and harassment by a group of neighbours, their harassment included wilful and horrendous noise. The local authority did nothing but gaslight the situation and the police support the neighbours and will do nothing either. Therefore what do you do when these neighbours are given licence to act with impunity. I am talking about a gang of residents, so, there is no way I can contact them personally as it will just exacerbate the situation as they know the authorities will not do anything as they are supporting them. I went through the Civil route and the neighbours made false allegations to the police of me harassing them for pursuing my lawful right of redress through the civil courts. So what do you do in this situation with public authorities aiding and abetting harassment on this scale?

Yep, we don’t have to give you our names in fact, some employees have fake names on their name badges so you won’t know who they are . For examples, security staff will sometimes have assumed names on their name badges .

How come you state that they can use a detection system to tell if you are watching TV when that is not the case ?. Maybe do a bit of research before you put fear into people who may be watching.

My boyfriend's neighbor is a kindly mid-70ish lady who will text him to tell him that she saw him in his garden or seeing him somewhere in his yard. My front door neighbors will tell me that they saw me in my yard doing certain things. I find that creepy but not quite stalking.

Check your city's interior noise limits. If they have them, then get a sound meter app for your smartphone, connect a microphone to it, and record the noise and sound level. If it exceeds the limit, there is your concrete evidence -- and stronger case -- for your noise complaint.
