When Megan came over to UK originally, Morgan wanted to hook her up socially ( who knows what his real intentions were as his partner was pregnant at the time). She went out to lunch with him, and later that evening, went on a date with Harry. She then subsequently ghosted Piers.
I'm guessing she told Harry she met Piers for lunch and Harry informed her what an truly odious man Piers was. Hence he was ghosted.

I absolutely do not support a royal family for a modern democratic society. That aside, Harry is the only one out of that family I have any respect for.
