Toyota Hilux Surf 1KZ Diesel fuel system troubleshooting

Doing some basic fuel system troubleshooting on my 1996 Toyota Hilux Surf with the 1KZ-TE turbo diesel engine. It had been running well since I replaced the fuel filter about a month ago but then she just lost power, sputtered out and died on me in the neighborhood. In this video I try to locate and "fix" the problem well enough to get the car back in my driveway until I get the proper OEM parts in.
