    Thank you Ma'am for informative video... I have 2 kids, 1 is toddler nd 1 is older... In lockdown, we stopped our maid, so I do everything in home. First it was impossible for me to do so much work after my delivery even didn't get my sleep properly. But now I make a point to a after nap atleast half an hour. With this, i feel fresh and get back to my house hold work..

    👏very informative video especially for women . Thank you so much Madam Rujuta to educate us about so many things that we can incorporate in our lives in such a simple manner. The video had two funny parts and kudos to her sense of humor when she said the way women stand to occupy very less space and the way women say we have no time becoz we are sacrificing for others.
