      I agree! I lost 60lbs over a year...now I'm stalled (post menopausal) for 2 years. UGH!

    This was a great episode. I'm still learning. I have went from never being able to fast because of being hypoglycemic to now my blood sugars are out of control, all over the board, huge weight gain and I swear my body just hates me. But I have learned so much and been doing pretty good for two months and down 10 lbs already! I'm excited to learn more. I am taking it slow because my blood sugars do drop to low still but they are getting better. The only major change was stop grazing! I use to graze because I could. then I hit 41 and bam. The last almost 5 years have been a roller coaster for sure !!

    Good to hear from both Megan and Nadia. I thought you guys have left fasting method. 0nce again, sn excellent podcast.
    Can you please address inclusion of zinc, potassium, megnisium and calcium in electrolytes in additi9n to sodium during fasting days.
    And can you please do one episode on extended fasting and it's protocols.

    Megan , how were/are you able to maintain muscle with so few meals & lack of protein? I’m wayyyy post menopausal & I need as much muscle/protein as I can get 🦾🦾
