Moses was told to put his hand in his cloak and when he withdrew his hand , his hand was leprous and became as white as snow.
Leprosy was a common disease back then. God told Moses to return his hand again and it turned back to normal flesh. Leprosy is white on all people. Even white people you. An see the difference.
