@@AnimosityIncarnate Of course aim assist should be a thing, it needs to be in order for a game to be even playable especially for high-action shooters. R6 is an exception because its as slow as molasses compared to most other FPS'.
The issue is that in Apex its so overtuned that a person with zero experience on controller can pick it up and consistently win 1v1s within hours. Whereas someone whos never played MnK before would take literal weeks if not months to be able to do the same. Seeing the current state of ALGS where most teams are roller only tells you all you need to know. You can perfect your movement and aim through 10k hours of practice on Mnk, or you can do a couple hundred of controller and consistently win gunfights over MnK.
Its just sad

He just started, give him a month, I have been playing for 3 years and I spend a lot of time on the firing range practicing my aim, it doesn't come close to a ''decent'' controller player...
in 2 weeks i was better on roller then mnk after 1500h , but i was really good on controller in my teenager years to be fair, mnk take years to master,
None of us use a 200 euro/dollar controller with backbuttons. We all use a regular 60 euro controller..

Taxi actually said in a video he doesn't jitter aim. He literally just strafes and pulls his mouse in the opposite direction. Since strafing starts up the aim smoothing. This happens on roller too. It takes like 5 minutes to learn.
honestly he did great ive been playing roller for over 20 years and if a giga chad roller player played mnk for the first time it would look 10x worse than taxi on roller for the first time, and thats cause of aim assist lol it took me so long to even get shots on target let alone a kill when i switched to mnk. he was like immediately average on roller LMAO
