I only see samsung options in your software

This just worked for my old Android! OMG I AM TREMBLING!!

Please respond to this, I held down the power button then tapped on power off but now my phone keeps vibrating every two seconds whenever I try to turn it on or off, I tried the basic steps like holding down the power and volume down button simultaneously but to no avail, even tried with the volume up button, for months it's been saying it has software issues but I didn't know this would happen, can this app fix it?

I have a Cricket Dream 5G and was watching a CZcams video yesterday and it all of a sudden crashed and went off. It doesn't come on by holding power and it doesn't acknowledge the charger being plugged in like it normally does when its off. It worked fine up until yesterday and I updated the software the night before (successfully). It could have been a bug in the update but not sure. What is the hard reset for Dream 5G?

My phone is only two days old it was at 47 percent battery so I plugged it in the charger block and cable it came with. The phone was still up and running. About 25 to 30 minutes later I picked up the UMX:U696CL Android device and it felt really warm almost hot it would say. But curiously the device was shut down and there was no charge light indicator on red or green. I unplugged the c3 cable from the port took the back off and removed the battery (a UBT23OO 2300mAh 3.85v Li-ion). After allowing it to cool down for several minutes I tested the battery and it reads 4.05v. The phone was not dropped at all nor did it get wet in any way. I'm thinking something in the hardware operating system fried out. What say you? ..

i was just watching youtube and the app suddenly lag until it froze, i cant touch any buttons cause its frozen. i tried turning it off and on, when i press the on button it wont turn on. even if i charge it it doesent work. is this the right video or this has a different way of fixing it???

Holding the power button and the down volume button worked for me. I had just had the glass replaced today and used it for a couple hours, shut it off while it was charging and it would turn on but it wouldn't swipe to unlock. I couldn't enter my password. Thanks man
