thank you so much for this video, i tried doing the soft reset option but when i didn't see the screen turn on, i plugged it back in thinking i plugged it out too soon and the screen finally came on but showed the charging screen instead of powering up

1 think you need to know. First chek or charging cable, if it can charge othe device but can't charge yours then you might have a broken charging port on your phone. Try charging it on a wireless charger and see if its charging.

I have a samsung galaxy a14 and i just updated it and then it took me to my home page and i put the pin code to unlock it and then it just turned black so i did a soft restart and it worked but then it was stuck in a boot loop for abt 5 mins and then i tried to soft restart and nothing so it is currently in a black screen and nothing works😐 please answer

my note 20 ultra has black screen, it doesnt display anything but i can receive calls, and even feel the vibrations when i plug in the charger. whats the solution for this please? this is the second time am replacing the screen, i love this phone and never wanted to discard it bcoz the screen is too expensive
Bro this your own case is totally different, I think it has to do with a screen problem or maybe the screen flex shifted from its position that why it does not display, I suggest you take it to a phone Engr to check.
my A32 is not charging i have done a charging port replacement it worked for like 2 weeks and now it dosnt charge again and i cant turn it on cuz it on 0 precent battery life
