He was the first ever Brazilian+Korean idol in the kpop industry, he's very loved here in Brazil, he gave an interview to Thais Midori in 2020 in portuguese where he explained a lot of things about the situation. Hope he can win this and be allowed to do whats he loves to do again 💔
Its cause he is mixed thats why they treated him like this they were looking for a good excuse to cancel him the korean industry can be really racist and some kpop idols that are mixed usually gets hated

Just like him i am a brazilian and good friend of his mom Sonia, victor deserves JUSTICE, he did NOTHING wrong! This label was trying hard to kick him out even before the drum stick thing, Victor have VIDEOS, AUDIOS, PICTURES, he have PROOF of everything he suffered there since he was a kid, he WON the 2nd case and lost the first and third one, now let's pray he got the justice this last time, NOBODY deserves to be shut, he should be free, he didnt asked to be out, they kicked him so he should be free #FREEVICTOR

I think a contract should go both ways....if the company doesn't provide work for the idol they should compensate with payments anyway. Or be able to be sued for not holding up their end of the contract. Or at the very least...they have to release the idol from contract the moment they can no longer provide jobs for the idol. They should be sued for pretending to be an entertainment company but not really being one, not even getting gigs for their clients.
Been supporting him since he created his channel and watching people actually trying to spread this news and feel for him makes me so hopeful. Ngl I cried for him when his company pulled that bullshit in 2020 ON the day of his SOLO DEBUT. Praying he will win ❤️

I stumbled onto Victor's youtube channel in 2019-2020, as I was browsing through BTS stuff. He was cool & I watched some of his video, but then he somehow disappeared. I did not think much of it then, as I had no idea all these issues were happening with him. He really needs to cut all contractual ties, if that's possible, or if he has already. He could then go to the States, Japan or Brazil, maybe they need a drummer. Heck, he looks just like an anime character, he could do something like that in Japan. Of course he would need to learn Japanese language just to get around better. I wish him the best.
He's fluent in many laanguages including Japanese.
Honestly, I feel really sorry for Victor Han. His company literally kicked him out/fired him just because he broke his drum stick during a live performance. It's freaking ridiculous, his company is messed up and they do not deserve him at all, they literally took music away from him.
As much as we’d like to ignore it, there is a shady and dark side to the industry.

He is Victor the drum destroyer. Those are contacts...btw. He's half Korean and half Brazilian. Born in Brazil.
They kicked him out of the group but wouldn't release him from his contract.
Basically put him in limbo. For years. Then sold his contract to another company who stopped him from using social media or appearing in public...or on shows like he was doing while in limbo. Or playing any instruments on videos like he was doing.
So the new news he resigned with original company has me stumped. Not sure now what to think. But they definitely ruined his life.
As a person who loves music very much, what happened to victor hurts me so much, and knowing that he is battling depression and I know for sure that he uses music to overcome it, and now that fucking justice in korea prohibits him to do what he loved is very inhuman, disregarding his rights not just an artist but a human as well
This is why we have to let everyone know what happened. This guy did nothing but go against Korean culture. We need to let the industry know we won't let this happen to him.

I don't understand...if the company still has him under contract, don't they have to pay him a salary or residuals? It doesn't seem like they should be able to have him under contract without pay and he can't go create work elsewhere.

I'm not gonna lie...i feel like he needs help. I really like his personality and talent but there is something inside him making him suffer or something that can threaten the safety of others around him. Poor guy has depression and other mental illnesses like anxiety. I hope he can get the care he needs and then return to the industry. I kinda miss the dude.
There's a lot of things that I don't get here, but one is that why does the label not just let Victor go? It's clear the label hates him and can't stand to look at him, so why don't they just let him go? Get a new artist and forget about Victor? Does the company find some kind of sick enjoyment out of making his life a living hell or what??

Your last statement is the reason why. The company and his former band did not get anywhere close to Victor's popularity. They are doing this to him to teach him or others a lesson. It's quite messed up.

I always got this weird, cringy vibe from k pop groups. Something always seemed off to me. And now I know why. This K pop industry is very disturbingly problematic. Making kids train for several years to become “idols” just sounds all around abusive and turns out it really is. It’s really gotta stop. Real artists (and especially kids) don’t need to train for these creepy companies. They can make it without them.

I glad you picked this up. I believe he was the last artist on the "show" where artists covered BTS songs. All the others there reacted to BTS's comments, but the band Victor was with wasn't shown again. It's not fair that he can be silenced by the company that fired him. Thank you.

Not gonna lie to you, this gave me shocked anger with a topping of mild anxiety. What the actual fuck.
And the saddest thing is that regardless of how shitty this world is and regardless of how right Victor may be, contracts ARE absolute. And I say this (from experience) because, even thought it was shit in this situation, contracts have a way of also saving lives, which is why we *ALL SHOULD ALWAYS* read whatever we sign (... but when it comes to a cellphone update, who has the time for that, right? and trust me companies know this very well 🙃 ...).
The only thing that can happen now is if enough people, and by that I men a country worth of people are able to express their support for Victor and how this is bullshit, then we can have *exceptions* (which will not interfere with integrity of contracts, because at the end of the day, unless we can prove that one of the parties was held at gunpoint while signing this, they both agreed to it). So this is where, we the public, can bring up all the racist stuff, the uncalled behaviour, EVERYTHING and possibly make a difference and if nothing changes even after that, hopefully, Victor will still come back swinging in 2027 🙏🏾.

Latin trainees are really discriminated by Korean Entertaiment industry, any foreign trainee but the thing with latins, almost none of them debut, like i only know 2, he and Leia from blackswan but he is more like a brazilian guy so it's even worst.
