- A tenth compilation of some of the best acting scenes and/or performances of all time. I know there are many missing. It is just a glimpse. Also, it is a subjective list, I don't claim it to be objectively correct, if there's such a thing.
Spoiler Alert!
List of appearing actors/actresses in chronological order:
Aaron Paul - Breaking Bad
Jake Gyllenhaal - Nightcrawler
Sônia Braga - Aquarius
Jessica Chastain & Michael Shannon - Take Shelter
John Turturro - The Big Lebowski
Joaquin Phoenix & Scarlett Johansson - Her
Music: Clem Leek - Bless Those Tired Eyes - Zábava

Aaron Paul is somehow underrated. He plays emotional/painful scenes so real that it hurts.
krasky he’s an amazing actor
Thats what we like to playing it close to the best
He made breaking bad
An natural actor and by that I mean it seems he would actually act this way in heartbreak
Even as Todd in BoJack Horseman
Aaron Paul deserved every Emmy he was awarded.
Emma Gemma and nominated for
and more
Holy shit that Breaking Bad scene is amazing acting.
TheMovieJoker Aaron Paul never even took classes either.
The
You make it seem as he walked off the street - he'd been acting since he was 8 and he was like 33 over here
That part made me cry
Best show ever; one of my favorite things ever
FINALLY WE GOT THIS JESSE PINKMAN SCENE ! Damn Aaron Paul is so good, Breaking Bad is the best show in the world.
facts
Better call saul is a little close
Most definitely!! Can you imagine being an extra in that Aaron paul scene and witnessing in person that greatness?? Wow.
For me Not the best but in the top 3. Only my opinion
Breaking Bad really is a masterpiece , Alchemy between Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul is just perfect, they both are real good actors, probably too underrated.
Bobocel Fin it’s crazy because aaron paul never learned to act he just said “just act like somebody else”
The fact that you said Alchemy instead of Chemistry is so smart
B that’s really honestly the brutal simplicity
They are overrated. Break Bad is one of the most popular and overrated shows.
I_ _l guess you don’t get it 😈
The fact that Gyllenhaal didn't even get nominated for nightcrawler makes my blood boil. Fantastic performance
So, wait, he will be nominated soon.
Fred Guedes that’s not how it works Fred
Fuck he kills it mate
Agreed.
Cam Novak people praise emotional acting, but they dont praise emotionless acting enough.
That scene with Jesse was so hard for me to watch personally because I became so invested in the character, he became a drug dealer that couldn’t handle the pressure of what it took to get on top. It was just sad to see a man get what he always wanted knowing that it want right and he felt so guilty about it.
He couldnt handle it because Walter dragged him deep into it first he was just a small dealer chilling minding his own business then walt went to cook with him first still pretty small nothing special at first they made decent cash but also on thier own terms but then when gus came shit changed they got the taste of the real deal and how dangerous they are and afterwards it jut went downhill
Aaron Paul never even took an acting class..
Ltuck 23 wait for real?
My moms best friend is his sister 😳
BustyBagel lmao my grandpa is his exterminator and my friend works with his wife in the kind campaign.
@@xdlmao42 no freaking way , did u get to meet him?
@@tarak3554 Nah but my parents got to meet him at party
That Breaking Bad scene has me balling every single time.
I can relate so much that I can feel the pain.
It doesn't even feel like acting, it's that perfect.
That scene reminded me of the couple of years I spent so angry and hating myself. True pain and sadness.
After watching Breaking bad, Aaron Paul is a phenomenal actor.
the guy's never even attended a single acting class in his life too, that right there is raw talent.
Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler is like the darkest version of Rob Lowe in Parks and Rec
Chet Manly this is a funny comment but it also serves as a reminder that comedy and drama are separated by a very thin line
@@jamesbassil3008 no
Holy shit this was accurate lol
Everyone in that room was fucking amazed by Aaron Paul in that first scene. Holy fuck. Hey Vince, thanks for not killing him off season 1.
That scene in ‘Her’ broke my heart.
Life. Sat with Death on the hill of fate.
As they watched the Sun set, Life turned to Death and asked him
"Why do people love me, yet hate you?"
And Death simply responded.
"Oh Life. Oh sweet sweet Life. It is because you are a beautiful lie. And I am a painful truth."
I like can't watch that movie again, I've seen it once and it borderline put me in an existential crisis. It was some of the best acting I have ever seen and I recommend it to everyone but can't bring myself to watch it again.
Officer K Her is what this fucking planet needs to avoid
It just reminds me of my last relationship /:
i wanna watch this but netflix haven't
im convince Joaquin Phoenix is one of the greatest actors of our time
Not even top 5000
@@wooshbait36 more like top 10
Boy, this comment after watching the Joker
8 months ago and I'm here after watching Joker..
There's kino in his blood
Jake Gyllenhaal, Jesus Christ.. what an actor.
Donnie darko is one of my favorite movies
Jesus Christ is overrated
@@jamstonjulian6947 you're right. Gesus is fucking loved, but there's better in the cinema world.
Seriously, still no Tommy Wiseau?
Hi Mark
@@theknight7229 he has already
yeah, in fact that he never leave a character in his entire life is amazing, thumbs up for such dedication
i dont think gods count
YOU’RE TEARING ME APART LISA!
aaron paul just slaughters me every time, he is legend- simply put.
*rushes to go rewatch all of breaking bad again*
I see Breaking Bad, I click. Its simple.
Jake Gyllenhaal wasn't Jake Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler
Morpheus Fishburn that he inhabited another character so well that he became unrecognizable
That Jake Gyllenhaal was a ulfucking dirty rat bastard in that movie Imao
Mason Sizemore he has one of my favorite performances in Nightcrawler
Mason Sizemore no he was not inside of Nightcrawler
Jake in Nightcrawler is so good, He is literally a sociopath in there, amazing.
I haven't seen breaking bad but I can feel the character's pain.
Your lucky, u get to experience for the first time, I wish I could watch it all over again
You need to watch it
if you still haven't watched it by now then this is your sign to start
@@kriscarrillo8428 I completed BB in Dec 2019 and damn it was such an amazing experience.
Have you watched it yet? Its been a year!!
God, this Jesse scene is so real that made my heart started feeling heavy and tears just came... he played it amazingly, i think in that moment Jesse himself just came out of the television and confessed to us
My god... that Breaking bad scene was absolutely brilliant. I could see his soul through his eyes.
1:10 Youre nothing to me but Customeehhhrs
Lmao
Jake doesn’t get the recognition he deserves
Aaron Paul’s scene in BB shows he’s on of the most underrated actors of this generation. Amazing. I’m not on about awards for performances either, I’m talking about having roles in blockbuster films, he shouldn’t have to do need for speed
What I love about the Aaron Paul scene is seeing the other actors just in the moment trying to learn from how into the scene he gets
Was breaking bad really acting for God sake? that was real. Respect for Aaron
Jessy’s scene is most underrated one
I like how it’s not just english. Sometimes the best stories aren’t in our language and you need to see it from a new perspective to understand how great and perfectly executed something is.
Matthew McConaughey in Interstellar... The scene where he enters the tesseract or when he sees Murph's videotape.
I think the one where he checks under the blanket while driving away in the truck was better.
Yes sir favorite movie. Mathew deserved an Oscar for that movie
Michael Shannon is so underated
@Frank Furt idk who hopper is but im still laughing
YES. my first experience with him was boardwalk empire. But after that I’ve greatly appreciated everything he’s touched. He truly is a great actor.
I’ve seen him in my neighborhood with his daughter and I’ll never be able to appreciate him as an actor again since I know he travels in a pack
Lucy Morgan can you elaborate on that
Especially in the iceman
Jake Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler is such a criminally underrated role. So damn good.
This first scene reminded me of how Breaking bad is one of the greatest shows of all time for me.
For sure. The best drama. Jesus.
Reminder that Aaron Paul has never took acting lessons. He just plays a character. A GOAT ❗️
Anytime I see a breaking bad clip in one of these I start to smile
Gyllenhall's work in nightcrawler is epic men he is beyond greatness
Aaron Paul needs to get more rolls he’s an incredible actor , can’t wait to see him in the bb movie
Roles
He's in an amazing show called Westworld and an animated show called Bojack Horseman; he's crazy good in both!
Gold as always. Love your channel forever
Aaron Paul almost made me cry.
I can honestly imagine Scarlet Johansen having that exact conversation verbatim with her real husband.
Glad that you put in the Big Lebowski scene. Some people forget that great acting doesnt have to come from a super emotional/serious scene. Every scene in that movie was executed perfectly, especially this one.
The scene where Jessy kill the the one Since guy.... From beginning till the end are truly the best acting i see.
i LOVE your videos like this. thank you so much
John Turturro, the 5 minutes of jesus in the big Lewboski is just oscar worthy!!!
Aaron Paul is one of the most talented actors in history
That's why I love this compilation, even though I didn't saw many of the films and series in the compilations I get to know how great the actor's performances were, Bravo! 👏❤️
Every time i see Jake gyllenhaal i smile but i am sad in the same time because he looks so much like a friend of mine who died because of cancer. Anyways, great video again!
I love all the "Best Acting" compilations you made!! Really good job!!
These videos are just the best, they’ve sparked my interest and love for films, keep up the amazing work.
nightcrawler is so underrated!!! one of my favorite gyllenhaal films. every second was so captivating. amazing work!
Every scene made me want to watch them in their entirety
como brasileiro e muito massa ver uma atriz brasileira como a Sonia braga sendo reconhecida nessa compilação
as a brazilian is dope to see a Brazilian actress like sonia braga been recognized.
Aaron is Such an Amazing actor. So underrated
i love your compilation!! and the music in the back it always gets me hype before going to acting class love your Chanel keep it coming!!
I literally cannot see Jake Gyllenhaal in that movie
Thank you for making these compilations. As an actor, it’s very inspiring to see these videos and be reminded of the great work that exists out there.
It's all my pleasure. Good to hear, that it's useful/inspiring for some people :)
They're totally inspiring. I watch all of them. Thanks for putting in the time! Are you an actor/filmmaker too?
Amazing once again! The title doesn’t lie, you always post the best scenes.
This is why I subscribed. Quality content as always.
"Im yours and im not yours." I love the ability of diving into philosophical thinking that movies in particular have. The concept of the relationship with the machine is that it is capable of being in love 640+ times yet love deeply. I feel as though Gods love would be this way. But in a non confused way. idk my mind ventures when i watch movies like these.
This is too short man but everytime I see that notification I'm here asap
Great man keep doing this
Than you for this... It reminded me why I'm so in love with acting. Thank you.
Absolutely fantastic man, always motivates me to be a better actor/director 💪👌
Im here just waiting when Ellen Burstyn from Requiem For a Dream will be included. That kitchen scene with Jared Leto where she tells that she's old and lonely is just outstanding.
One of the best performances I've ever witnessed.
@@corvuscrane9673 I know! It's definitely one of my favorite movie if not the most favorite.
@@antroidi7283 It makes it to my top 5 easy, but I don't know for sure what my favourite film would be ;)
@@corvuscrane9673 Yea, I also couldn't pick just one movie but it's clearly on my top list.
antroidi “i’m somebody now, harry.”
Great job as usual. Looking forward to the next one.
Joaquin Pheonix is such an amazing actor.
If you've never seen Return to Paradise, it's worth the watch. The jail scene where his friend (Vince Vaughn) visits him is phenomenal.
Walt first meeting Gustavo in los pollos needs to be here for sure. The scene where gus breaks character and becomes all serious
Do you have the lämps Bröther or when hank says, “You’re the smartest guy I’ve ever met, but you’re too stupid to see... he made up his mind 10 minutes ago.”
You have incredible taste my friend!
Love your videos! I love the music in the background too!!
that scene from take shelter is awesome, also the background music fits so perfectly
Need some more of these please☺️
I didnt expected a Sonia Braga scene. Nice
Thank you for making This Video
I Love it..
I love ur best acting compilations..
Thank you for giving me a new movie to watch. Can't believe i missed Aquarius.
Man I didn’t even knew a thing about that Brazilian or Portuguese movie and it had me close to tears, damn...
Brazillian isnt a language
brazillian portuguese is a language theres also portuguese from Portugal
SheriffSunshine I’m talking about the nationality of the movie, not the language it was spoken in but whatevs
I love your content man, keep up the good work
fantastic!
Man, amazing work as always! If only you could make them more often haha:)
Michael Shannon is amazing in take shelter and every other role he's in.
That first scene is amazing
Will Smiths 'Papa's Got a Brand New Excuse' ep 424 is up there for me. I think James Avery even leaned over in the scene and whispered to Smith 'Now that's acting'
favorite channel by a mile
Jesus in the Big Lebowski always got me laughing
Pull the trigger until it goes click
Ted Bundy lol good old Ted Bundy I tell ya😂😂😂
Love how you add foreign performances. Great content.
What's so special about Jesse Pinkman is that he is the innocent living in a world among the strongest. Where the strongest punishes the weak. Jesse tries to find a way out, but his only way out is going through punishment and suffering.
Enjoyed reading that!
Breaking Bad. Simply the most beautiful tv series ever made.
thank you soo much for this
I'm glad it's something worthwhile for you ;)
Started it off with one of my favorite scenes with one of my favorite characters
Sitiosanguinem, thank you for posting these acting compilations; they are full of meaning and stir up a lot of feelings and thoughts in me. I hope you don't get into any trouble for posting these. I think it's a real shame that part 7 got taken down because I recall Michael Fassbender in Shame in that one, and sometimes I just want to say things to people the way he was saying things in that scene; it just seems that there is unethical things going on in the world, and I just want to get into the faces of the people who are responsible for those things. Also, I can't stand it when someone makes heedless comments toward me. Maybe, now that I'm aware of what makes me angry, I can use that scene as inspiration, possibly. I Just think his performance was so intense though, that I think that type of intensity would really shake up a person, and I don't know if anyone really deserves that. I wish I could watch that scene again, but I don't think I have money to buy the movie. Anyway, all the best.
Dude you used the part that I recommended!
You do know brilliant acting!
What about Ryan Gosling in Blue Valentine, or James MacAvoy in split when they all come to the surface, those are two that stand out for me
These videos, I could spend all day here
I really love that music going with it all the way through it gives it a really nice vibe
Sonia Braga, agora fiquei impressionado com a qualidade. Very Nice man.
Great work sir
