  • My Doctor was hesitant at first when I asked to be referred for ADHD testing. He didn't appear to understand how ADHD presents in older women who are going through menopause or who have a history of 'mental health' issues.
    What I know now, is that my history was actually undiagnosed Autism, not just ADHD and now that I know, I'm learning how to navigate life on the spectrum.
    Come with me as I learn more about my diagnosis and how that is changing my world view and my understanding of myself.

    I think an earlier diagnosis could have made my life easier. The neurotypical world is so cruel.
