I built this exact model but the Revell Germany edition built it exactly like the movie replica black not too many detail interior wise and made some mods like after market beefier rear tires, interior roll cage and the correct taillights but yours is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 more like a resto mod type very awesome super cool you just made me buy another one and build it exactly like you did keep the great work 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Turned out nice! I built that same model a few months ago.
Red, Welcome to the F&F Club! -Doug
I have this kit but won't do it in f&f.
Very helpful video and I'm looking forward to the build!
CC, Have fun, dude! -Doug
Nice job, notably on the wood inserts and how to use Maskol for the wheel painting (I have done this on canopies and wondered if you could use it for wheel inserts). I would like to build the stock model as I like the wheels better
PA, Thanks for watching and good luck on your project! -Doug
Have this kit probably going stock but built 2 Roadrunners from previous 1s
CP, Sounds like a plan! -Doug
Awesome looking build! By the way I submitted you a couple of emails.
King, Thanks for watching! -Doug
@@RightOnReplicas No problem at all! Hope you enjoy the work in progress photos I sent ya! -Chris
So a few days ago I got a subscriber from India and I thought I’d tell her about models and I’m going to share with her your Mack truck video
Simon, Awesome! Thank you! -Doug
Even if it's not 100% accurate in terms of the movie car, it does make for a nice custom car with modern touches like the bigger wheels and brakes. Now if the engine from a Viper or the current Dodge Challenger were included...
David, Sounds like fun! PS, please subscribe if you haven't already to help us reach more modelers. -Doug
What kind of glue are you using anymore when I glue my cars together any kind of touch they fall apart and I have to start over on certain pieces
Mike, depends on the plastic. Always try some glue types on sprue pieces first. Many snap kits and high impact level 1 kits need epoxy or Superglue. Regular styrene kits can use most adhesives. PS, please subscribe if you haven't already to help us reach more modelers! -Doug
I am pretty disappointed in this one. The engine won’t snap or combine together but they just fall that’s all…
NE, Sometimes it helps to use a dab of glue on the joins and hold them in place till it sets up for a proper fit! Also, look for any flash that might be keeping the parts from seating and trim it with a hobby knife. PS, please subscribe if you haven't already to help us reach more modelers! -Doug
@@RightOnReplicas thank you. I find this helpful
And I subbed
So can I use a gap of glue to put them together?
NE, Absolutely. Just keep it out of sight in the joins! -Doug
