Malta did not deserve being dead last
Something has to be adjusted to help malta because televote disproportionately negatively affects them. it seems they’re doomed forever with a televote only system

Small states such as Malta and San Marino have absolutely no chance of qualifying with 100% televote system. I genuinely wish us Maltese would withdraw from this contest, as this is clearly not beneficial for us.

Didn't expect Norway to flop so badly. France 2022 and Spain 2023 of this year.
I watched and listened to Norway for my first time. For me, it was chaotic. Her notes were great, but it was tooooo long, the camera changed all the time, there were people jumping, lights flashing, the woman screaming… I absolutely did not connect
Sadly it felt more like 30 minutes than 3
What Norway did to get that low place, is one of the most original song this year, is in Norwegian, what does it need more😭
Bad vocals ruined the song unfortunately. She's got a great voice, but it was like 10th time she performed the song after all those rehearsals and lost her voice. 😢😢

Well the semi was only televote based. In the final Switzerland obviously did very well with the jury but only came 5th in the televote (probably would’ve been 6th if Joost was in the final)

First of all, juries did all the work, second I believe the one who rooted for joost just voted for nemo this time
@dhilandass7986 absolutely not. Europapa and The Code are very different songs with different target audience. The Netherlands would have been much more likely to steal points from Croatia.

@@paweborkowski6959 mainly because Malta and San Marino are very tiny countries. They don’t really have any friends that will just vote them anyway (Diaspora)
it didn't bother Malta to qualify in 2019 and even become one of possible winners in 2021, San Marino in 2019 hit top 15 if im right, it's just the songs that are very mediocre ans forgettable. also, big Polish diaspora rarely helps their contestants to qualify if the songs and performance are not too good

@@SIAN_1 Every country pays an entry fee yes, but San Marino's national final makes a lot of money (every entrant has to pay to enter and they had 144 entries this year) & as far as I know entrants also fund their own entry to Eurovision. I don't see them pulling out just yet.

Thats because they use the jury results for San Marino, because they do not have enough voters to meet the minimum set by the EBU

San Marino uses the Italian phone number, so when people from there vote it just counts as Italian vote

I can see Netherlands would have been on 8th with around 220 points, but this would ended up Nemo missed out the 3rd victory as his televote plummeted severely thanks to Europapa. At this scenario, we would have to go to Zagreb next year instead of Bern (I guess, since this city have the largest possible venue in Switzerland)
He was certainly in my top 5 and i guess he could have reached that top 5 too if he has not been disqualified. My favorite for the win was still Croatia though.

@@Sigt_oskyou can vote up to 20 times, then all the votes made by everyone in your country are added up together and the top 10 countries who received the most votes are awarded 1-12 points
For the ROW points, all the votes of all non-participating countries are added together in one set of 1-12 points.
