RECIPE ► Red Wine Chocolate Bundt Cake With Red Wine Ganache Glaze
Spiced Red Wine
750 ml red wine (1 bottle) - choose something fruity but not too sweet
2 cups apple cider or apple juice
1/4 cup honey
1 orange sliced
5 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 whole star anise
Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup cocoa powder Hershey's
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup hot spiced wine (see recipe below)
½ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ganache Glaze
1 1/2 cups. chocolate
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/4cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup red wine
